The quickest closing that we’ve had, less than 3 weeks. Wendy is a gem of Richmond American, she is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great idea of this builder to have their condo looks like a Single Family Home. We love it here and would recommend to everyone who’s looking for a place to live. I would say this is a thriving community and great for any family who is looking for a place that they can call it home.

Richmond displayed a lack of integrity
Richmond displayed a lack of integrity, prioritizing their interest over homebuyers, they are not here to help you so please always have a realtor with you! Pay for new build home inspection. Look for poor craftsmanship before you even put an offer. Question everything if you choose to buy with them.

I had an outstanding experience working with Jerry at Richmond Homes. From the very start, Jerry was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through every step of the process with ease and was genuinely happy for me as I accomplished a life-long dream of mine! His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident that I was in good hands. What also stood out to me was how smooth and seamless the underwriting process was, thanks to Steve!! The entire team worked together flawlessly, and I never felt overwhelmed or confused about any part of the process. Even the builders and closing agent, Monica, Mike and Bryson were wonderful to work with—skilled, kind and approachable!! It's rare to find a company where everyone, from sales to underwriting to construction, is so dedicated to providing exceptional service. I truly trust Richmond Homes because they treat their clients like family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home—they’ve definitely earned my confidence!

Average home build. Shortcuts led to low customer satisfaction. Put builder grade appliances in a upscale home. Driveway is a disaster.

Clearly, the best builder, but there are minor cost-saving issues that are very bad; I don't understand that reduces their good reputation. But in my book, their work is the best.

The staff at Richmond American Homes are very caring. They were very helpful during the buying process in getting any questions we had answered in a timely manner. During our walk thru they helped point out things we missed. I felt like they had integrity.
