Very disappointed.
I've been trying to recover my Rise Security Key (RSK) for over a week now in order to complete a transfer, and despite contacting support I still haven't received any response.
The identity verification step in the recovery process failed, and I was directed to support email for help. I did so immediately, followed up again days later, and I'm still waiting.
I understand security processes take time, but for a platform handling people's funds, this level of unresponsiveness is genuinely stressful. I'd really appreciate if someone from the team could look into my case and help me move forward.
I hope this gets resolved soon.
