****Update: 15th July I received the email that my passkey has been recovered. It took 2 weeks but it was finally done and I was able to withdraw my money and it reached my account in minutes. Thank you for resolving this for me. I received a payment from a prop firm to Rise over a week ago. I have since been trying to withdraw these funds and I am unable to do so due to Passkey issue. It says failed authorization. I have done the recovery process and it says someone will manually review and get back to me. I was also told when i reached support that this take 2-3 business days. It has been over 5 business days and I have received nothing. I cant seem to reach anyone at support, no replies to emails. I am a family man and the funds are important to take care of my family. It is not ok that a platform that handles peoples money be so unresponsive to requests and unreachable when trying to get an answer. I see too many of these complaints online and its worrying me. I will of course update this rating when i receive an update and my situation resolved. This is painful to handle.

I am extremely disappointed with Rise. My nightmare started with the RSK recovery process where my account got stuck in a continuous loop, repeatedly failing to authorize my passkey or link my Web3 wallet. I did absolutely everything right, but their system is full of migration bugs that locked me out of my own workspace. To make matters worse, their support and compliance team kept me waiting for 7 days with zero updates, only to suddenly inform me that they are revoking my account entirely and returning my hard-earned funds back to my payer. If your compliance team was going to decline the account anyway, why keep me waiting for a whole week troubleshooting your broken system? This platform has wasted my time, offers terrible automated or delayed communication, and has a completely unreliable infrastructure. Avoid using Rise if you want a smooth payment experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the new Rise platform update. It has been an absolute nightmare. I got locked out of my account due to a major bug in their Passkey / RiseID security key setup and the reset codes never arrive. To make it worse, after contacting support, they sent me an email saying the issue was "Resolved", but it is NOT. Now, whenever I try to make a withdrawal, the system throws a "Failed Auth" error. The database for withdrawals is completely out of sync with the account settings. This is completely unacceptable, especially for traders waiting for their payouts. Your new system is full of bugs and your support is not properly fixing the issues. Fix the withdrawal authentication syncing immediately!

I have been trying to recover my Rise Security Key (RSK) for more than a week in order to complete a transfer, but the issue is still unresolved. The identity verification step in the recovery process failed, and the platform directed me to contact Rise support. I contacted them immediately, provided the requested screenshots and documents, and was told that my case had been escalated to the Compliance Team for manual review. I also followed up after the estimated waiting time had passed, but I still have not received any clear update or resolution. This is extremely frustrating and stressful, especially because the issue is blocking me from withdrawing funds that are available in my Rise account. I understand that security and compliance checks are important, but when a platform handles people’s money, support needs to be much more responsive and transparent. From what I have seen, other users appear to be facing similar RSK recovery issues as well, which makes the lack of clear communication even more concerning. I hope someone from Rise can finally review my case properly and help me recover or reset my RSK so I can complete my withdrawal. **Update:** I eventually managed to solve the issue myself, without receiving a clear resolution from support. The solution was to access the old Rise V1 platform through `pay.riseworks.io`, go to **Security > Recover Security Key**, enter the original 12-word recovery phrase, and create a new Security Key Password. After that, the new Security Key worked in Rise V2 and I was able to continue with the withdrawal process. I am glad the issue is resolved, but this recovery method should have been clearly explained by Rise, especially for users blocked from withdrawing their funds.

Horrible support. They expect customers to guess what is wrong with the documents because they never give a clear explanation. The only response they send is to wait 2 to 3 business days and to stop sending emails. This is unacceptable. I have real-life bills to pay and I need my money now. I demands that Rise Works reviews my ticket manually and resolves my problem immediately. If you are planning to buy a proprietary firm evaluation and Rise Works is the only payout provider available, stay away. If you face any minor issue with your KYC, they will treat you with indifference and freeze your funds with copy-paste automated messages. Avoid this provider until they fix their support.

As part of that process, Rise required additional compliance checks, including Proof of Address verification. The most frustrating part is that my payout has already been received in my Rise account, but I am still unable to access and withdraw my funds because the RSK recovery process remains blocked by the unresolved Proof of Address review. I understand the need for security and compliance checks. However, the process is far too slow and creates a poor user experience when users are trying to recover access to their own account and funds. The support team has been polite, but the resolution time has been disappointing. A recovery process should be more efficient, especially when a user's funds are already sitting in their account. Based on my experience, Rise needs significant improvement in its RSK recovery, compliance review, and customer support resolution times.
