Great Experience for Excellent Travel Insurance

Isabel was able to answer any of our questions regarding the services they offer. We were able to get insurance for our trip starting in 3 days. She did everything over the phone within 10 minutes; emailed us the documentation and described all the benefits we would receive with this packet. It was reasonable; she was very friendly and professional; she spoke clearly and distinctly. I highly recommend her and this company. We will use Arch RoamRight again!

This is a wonderful company

This is a wonderful company. I travel frequently, usually internationally, as a guest lecturer on cruise ships, and the Travel Pro policy is affordable and provides good coverage. In the years I've been ordering with Arch we have had two small claims and they were both handled efficiently with no bother. Also, the nice people on the phone are professional, gracious and helpful. I'm a big fan!

Very helpful representatives

I spoke with 2 different people, Kayla and Megan. Kayla was very reassuring, and explained the process. I was also very pleased when Megan answered my additional questions after I started the claims process. I am SO GLAD that ARCH insurance still has real human beings that handle customer care, and not AI bots, particularly since there are large sums of money involved. That increases the tension, and your representatives were able to tone that down. MANY THANKS!
