I ordered items that took forever to arrive from China. The fabric was cheap, scratchy, and awful with off-tinted color of what they showed online. The fit was too tight on arms, tweaked buttons or a strange cut that wasn't smooth while wearing.
They would not let me return any of the items during Covid when all stores are letting people return things with no deadline knowing it's difficult to get out of the house for safety reasons. They refused. I mailed back 3 of the 5 items anyway and they still would not issue a refund. I would have mailed back all 5 but felt guilty not keeping some of the awful items! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service and quality.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothing first it took forever to get them, over a month and second the clothing and shoes were made with cheap material. Some of the clothing was not the correct size two pieces were salvageable. I asked for a refund they told me that I would be subject to actual cost and foreign taxes. They kept trying to negotiate the refund I kept telling them no. In the end I was left with the clothes and only got 15% of my money back. I do not recommend this company.

Loved the photos of all of there clothes but when they arrived the quality did not look good. The fabrics seemed cheap looking. I am to fearful to order anything else from them. Styles were darling on line but not as darling once I received them.

The quality of the fabric was poor and the design did not really reflect what was on the picture. When I requested to return the merchandise, I was asked to pay the transportation fees to China as well as custom fees. They offered instead to refund 15% of the cost of my unwanted items.

The quality of the clothing is not what it looks like on the photos at all!!!! If you want to return an item, it needs to be sent to China. The cost to do this is huge, and they tell you that there may be additional costs. They did give me a credit back on my credit card of 15%, but I will not be wearing half of the clothing I purchased, and will end up giving them away. :-(

...and placed an order...without checking to see if the site was legit. Doh! After I did, I came here to read reviews for Roselinlin. After reading the multitude of reviewers claiming to never have received any part of their order, I was afraid that I was out $140. However, I was notified by email that part of my order had been shipped about a week after it was placed. I received another email that another shipment had been sent a couple of days later. So far, I have received the first shipment. Out of the six or seven items in this shipment, I would say that only one item did not closely resemble what was pictured on the site. Also, as others have mentioned, the fabrics used for the clothing are not the greatest. Overall I am moderately satisfied with what I have received thus far. In fairness, I will say that my expectations were lowered to the point I was not expecting to receive anything at all. I felt compelled to leave this review as someone who has indeed received at least part of their order after just fifteen days.
Very happy with my purchase of 8 items of clothing. Sizing is correct. Quality is very reasonable for what you pay.
All my messages were answered promptly.
Only gripe is postage took a long time, but it's out of their hands so that's not their fault.
I ordered a T-shirt from Roselinlin and liked it. So I ordered four summer dresses. One is OK, one is the wrong style entirely, one is a terrible cheap fabric, and one never arrived at all. I am in the process of trying to return the two that are wrong and terrible, and getting the same runaround as everyone else. I am hoping to get the correct (2) dresses before it gets too cold to wear them. Otherwise I will contact PayPal and try to get my money back.

When my terrible review was published on this site the company contacted me to offer a refund of 15% of the actual price. I said I would go back into this site and indicate I did get the 15% refund (which is very little for a cheaply made blouse that is not wearable). Still, buyer beware!

Return was requested within 7 days.
I am returning two pair of pants. Pants were fine, just run small. I wear a small to medium and a large in Roselinlin. The reviews to size up are accurate.

I ordered 2 summer dresses and was definitely disappointed. Fabric was very cheap and both dresses looked more like my granny's nightgowns. Also the size was huge...way too big so order a size smaller than usual. As the saying goes ...you get what you paid for.

I made a purchase for my wife of several tops, skirts and pants before I read any of these reviews, as a matter of before I did any research into Roselinlin. My order was in my hands in about 15 days, the quality of each product was excellent and my wife and I were so satisfied we immediately placed another $100 order.
then we read the reviews and I panicked. I contacted PayPal (I always use PayPal for online purchases) and demanded that they intervene and get my order cancelled because of these terrible reviews. Roselinlin customer service responded through PayPal saying that they had confirmed my order and it had already shipped.
I received the order today (roughly 15 days after placing the order) and we are both very pleased with the product quality, sizing, price and response to my inquiries through PayPal.
I am going to put through another order in the next few days. They have exceeded my expectations, responded with feeling to my fears and have found a new friend in my family.
This review is my personal apology for over reacting to these reviews. I don't know who some of these reviewers were dealing with or what they were purchasing, but my experience has been wonderful. I would give them 5 stars except I am suspect of all 5 star reviews.

Didn't receive the dress in time for my daughter to take it on her honeymoon. It takes many weeks to receive an order from them. They did refund my money.
We ordered 4 items for the first and last time from Roselinlin. The shoes looked good, but had no adjustment (too big). The shirt and blouse were of a Georgette fabrics and a overly light product. These items looks good in the pictures, but disappointing when received.

i LOVE what I ordered!!! The earrings were a little smaller than I thought they'd be...but they came fast! A shirt I ordered came later and I loved it!! But now, something's wrong with the site and I can't order anything else... really bummed out. Says "go to SRFashions to complete purchase" which is listed as a scam. Oh well...glad I got the good stuff while I could!
I BOUGUGHT A LOT OF THINGS FROM THEM,AFTER COMPLAINT, THEY ARE SENDING ONE!!!!

Silly me, reading the reviews on their site, and not noticing at the time, none of the reviews were from consumers in the U.S. The English is off. Now I'm stuck with half my order too big and made cheaply. They do post their return policy; which I did not find out of the norm when I made my purchase; however, they left out one important piece of information. You have to mail back the items to CHINA. If they posted that piece of information I never would have placed an order. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They make it to where you do not want to be bothered mailing the items back. Cheap items is an understatement. Go on Amazon and order, I have been happy with every inexpensive summer dress I have received from Amazon this summer. I gave this company 2 stars instead of 1 because I do like two sleeveless tank tops I ordered. The material is super soft and the shirts are very comfortable.

Everything is great till you need to return it refund. Then it's crickets. No return message and they are mia. Word to the wise a US size 12 is like a 2xl. And not all items are cut the same so if you get one that fits, same size may not for another item.
Go with caution. It better yet, just buy AMERICAN!

Good News - RoseLinLin product I ordered, did show up and it was correct. Bad news, it took near 2 months to get it. Not the sort of shipping service that I am used to. Support DID respond when I asked about the status of my order. Mostly just cautioning me to wait.

It took 8 weeks to receive my items. They came in numerous shipments. Only one shipment contained the receipt. I got one item I didn't order. The sizes were all smaller than expected. The material is cheap (you get what you pay for). I'm trying to return the items that don't fit, and one necklace that arrived broken, but the return process is complicated. I didn't realize I was ordering from China. They only communicate in email and it's very generic emails that don't address you personally. They try to give you 15% instead of giving you a return label. They demand you respond and return within 7 days. And I'm worried the postage is going to be really expensive, and that I won't get my refund.
