I received my purchases and liked every one of them. One was too large but it's the size I ordered. Saying that the clothes are poor quality isn't true, in my case anyway, and purchasing on line is not a perfect science. They were peasant when I had a question and responded promptly. I don't know if the clothes are from China, but they were shipped from San Francisco.
Very surprised to receive within three weeks plus item was as described and fit
After placing an order, I decided to check on Roselinlin for some reason. I was quite alarmed withe the reviews I read. However, I received my first package today and was quite pleased with 4 of the 5 items I ordered. Two pair of linen pants, 2 tops (1 linen and 1 tee) and a maxi dress. Online, the dress appeared to be a knit fabric. It is that, but It is a shiny knit! Since I wasn’t planning on wearing it anywhere other than home, I’ll keep it. I recently purchased two tops from Garnet Hill that are of a similar quality but cost 3 times as much! Now, if the items in my second package (3 more linen tops and 3 cute sunflower throw pillows) are as nice as the ones I received today, I’ll be very satisfied. I ordered through Paypal which may have helped with timely delivery. The return address was from a facility in South San Francisco, CA
I ordered a pair of shorts for myself and three pairs of colorful chunky-looking socks, one for myself and two to save as stocking stuffers for my daughter and teenage granddaughter. The shorts fit ok (elastic waistband) but although the fabric looks soft and plushy on the website it is actually a shiny cotton mix and came out of the wash very creased. I really should have stayed with Macy's where I can get much better quality for the same price. The socks say one size fits all but they would only be any good for children - tight fit, hard to pull on and the heel was under my foot. Also once again they aren't nearly as nice and chunky as they appear on the website. I'll be giving them to GoodWill. I planned to write reviews through the website after logging in to my account. The Write a Review button doesn't work so you can't do that but there were some reviews already there - five stars of course. Rather suspicious! Update - Roselinlin has offered to look at the problem (see response) but there is no obvious way to reply via Trustpilot so I’ll just do it here. I am just going to donate the socks to a charity shop with a warning that they are small. The one thing I ask is that you fix the Roselinlin website so that reviews can be posted where people can see them before they place an order.

Finally after 2 months my unmarked packages started arriving from Roselinlin; which is why I am updating my review on here from one star to three. They actually showed up and had all the products I ordered inside. Amazingly long shipping time, but cannot fault overseas shipments and delays during a pandemic. ALL the cotton linen pants (3 pair) were very comfy and fit well. Unfinished hem, so I need to hand sew them. Bra and shoes were of low quality, so they are uncomfortable. Will give away to thrift store.

I recently found this forum after I too waited a very long time for the clothes I ordered from Roselinlin. It seems there is a spectrum of bad experiences with this company, but I just wanted to add mine, which was mostly bad due to excessive amounts of time waiting for product and absolutely no communication from the company (save their weird form letter about shipping status.) I was all set to put in a dispute for the charge on my credit card, when lo and behold, my stuff showed up yesterday...over a month later. Every item I ordered was there, (save two) and to my complete shock, most of it was really cute and fit. Now, make no mistake about it, this is cheap and cheerful crap from China. But if you're looking for cute, cheap play clothes, this is the ticket. Otherwise, items were as pictured and very cute. Maybe it was just my lucky day?....
Wish I'd read reviews before buying. Spent $136 and 4 weeks later status still shows "processing." Contacted them and got a 'form email' saying they ship in 3-5 days. Really? FINALLY started receiving the tops I ordered...not all of them though. They're nice, I like them. But won't do business with these people again because I believe if I hadn't given them a bad review, I never would've received any product.

I received 6 of the 9 items so far. It took a little over a month. There was no real way to track the shippig. I was frightened by the reviews that it wouldn't come at all. The products are very low quality fabrics. They do not match the photos at all. They are mostly polyester - which to be fair, they had listed - but I had not checked. I found the sizes to be pretty true to size. The reviews are obviously fake. Also - to be fair - the prices were ridiculously low. I received what I paid for. I hope that I get the other items. If you aren't looking for quality and just want super cheap - then this is it. There was a really strong smell of chemicals on the products.

A bit sceptical of ordering from Roselinlin after reading the reviews, but thankfully trusted my instinct and couldn’t be more happier with my purchases. Arrived very quickly and are very good quality items exactly as shown on screen, one T-shirt, superb printing and material, one pair of gorgeous linen trousers. Very happy 😊
Some of the items were of decent to good quality, that's why they have 2 starts; however, the sizing is not consistent. Buy knowing that it will cost a ton to return any item. You will pay to send items back to China, instead of the San Francisco address on the return label, AND they will charge you custom fees. Not worth it!

Their sizing in quite non conventional. I ordered a small t-shirt which is not the same as their advertised design. Who does that? The small I ordered would be equivalent to a large in a GAP brand. They offer no x-small which might still not fit. Fabric is great and colors as well. Too bad, nothing to fit for me!
If you don't get your package you should call your bank if you used your debit card directly. If you used a credit card call them they will look into it and refund your money often they refund you and then they try to recover their money. If you used PayPal (which you always should) they will also return your money. Now this is if you never got your package, be safe and use PayPal they are easy to work with, or make sure your credit cards have fraud protection, your bank should always help you unless you keep doing it then they'll think you're the fraudulent person.

I couldn't stand it - those clothes were so cute. I had a few extra $$ so I ordered. Here is my review. I am an 18W size. Knowing this came from China made me order very large sizes because they tend to be on the small side when coming from China. Long Sleeve Cotton Blend Blouse #52342 - 5XL It was lovely. Very soft and the fit was perfect at a 5XL. Woman V-Neck Solid Short Sleeve Blouse # 52344 5XL ordered two. This was way, way too big. The tent looked nothing like the picture. Very soft & good color but the structure was all wrong. Floral Printed Pocket Pants # not printed on the receipt. 4XL I should have ordered the 3XL - They were also too long. They are not printed but have a rubber like design on the cloth so you can't iron well. Have to iron inside out but not on a high heat. The material is not bad but not great. It took 5 weeks to receive the order but it came all together in one package. Wish I could have returned the tents. The pants I would have exchanged for the smaller size. The long sleeve shirt will be worn next winter. Buyer beware!

Just be aware that there is NO return option for within the US. I ordered 5 items and wanted to return 3 because they were the wrong size or color. I did get a return authorization but have to ship it to China. So you have to fill out a custom form, pay a bunch of extra money and hope that you will see your refund. The prices are cheap but so is the quality. I will write this off as "experience" and not order from them or any other Chinese company again.

I ordered a number of items from Roselinlin. All items were XL. One was so small, I think it was a mis-marked XS, not XL. I did like a tobacco sweater and wore it several times...until the entire sleeve fell off. Normal trim items are missing, finish is poor and sizing is inconsistent. Do not waste your time with this line.

I buy my dresses for parties and dinners countless of times here this is probably one of my favourite shop ever that basis make you feel like they are tailored just for you plus they deliver so fast and the customer care is very efficient.
This company is in China. It takes weeks and months to receive the item ordered. No communication from Roselinlin while waiting. Product was inferior quality. No place to return the item in the US. Must send return to China and pay shipping which exceeds value of product. I chose not to return the item and was promised a 15% refund, not the total value of the product. Must tell them date item received to get help resolving complaint. Unpredictable and unreliable communication from Roselinlin. They also use other names such as New Chic and Annie. If you buy from them, know you are taking a risk, you cannot count on the same customer service as offered by businesses that are brick and mortar.

The product I received was not the one in the picture. I believe they knock off good products from other companies. Whereas the picture showed a pretty knit sweater, what I got was a cheap poly stretch jersey printed on one side and white on the other. Still, for the price, it is an okay blouse. But this company suckers you in with pictures from better companies.

The styles are very nice, but sizing is way off. I used the sizing chart & ordered a size large in several tops. The order came one by one and the soonest took almost a month. The last arrived about 45 days after ordering. All of the items were too small. I really liked a couple of them (a couple were very cheap-looking) so re-ordered in XLG. Even those were very tight - and again took about a month to get here. Please note - I am 5'5" and weigh 138 lbs. I work out 3x a week, so I am *not* extremely large. I would possiibly order from them again, but product is too unreliable & shipping & returns take way too long to be practical.
