Actually I'm reviewing only on the customer service regarding order cancellations. I made the mistake of placing an order before reading reviews. But the good thing is that they actually don't ship for a few days after the order is placed. I cancelled my order right away and requested a refund. I was wary that I would even get a response, but got a response right away offering 10% if I wanted to continue with the order, but I declined. I got an email the next day telling me it had shipped so I responded and reminded them that I had cancelled it the day before. They confirmed that the order had been cancelled and not shipped, and let me know that a refund could take up to 7 business days. I actually received my refund within about 3 days of the message. So I didn't have some of the problems of other reviewers with respect to returns.
But, for those of you (like me sometimes) don't do your due diligence, here are some tips for making sure you get your money back:
1) Do NOT order with a debit card. Use either a credit card, Google, Amazon, PayPal et al. Keep all correspondence until the case is settled.
2) If once you place your order, they don't respond to your requests to cancel and only email you on the day the package is supposed to arrive (been there, done that), DO NOT open the package. Write "REFUSED" in huge Sharpie all across the package. If you suspect what you ordered might be counterfeit, make sure that is the FIRST reason why you are returning the package as these sellers don't want to be blacklisted for selling counterfeit merchandise.
3) The chances are good that the return address is in China and is written in Chinese (or whatever the local language of the seller) so take the package to the carrier and get a receipt for the return. I even asked the postal clerk if I could take a picture of just his hands and his uniform taking the package.
4) Dispute the payment immediately and (again) tell them you suspect it's counterfeit merchandise, along with any other issues you are having with the vendor. Include all correspondence with the dispute, along the any proof you refused the package and dropped it off at the carrier.
5) Watch for the confirmation of the return and send to the payment processor immediately.
6) Make sure you keep the all records of the transaction and also the refund, as well as watching for any attempts by the vendor to charge you again.

My sueters are beautiful. I loved them they are super nice and excellent quality. They arrived before the estimated time. It doesn't smell ugly or anything. I will definitely buy again. I ordered size m and they fit me very well i base on the board.
I ordered two tops and a pair of sneakers. Although the tops are really cute, their sizing is about half or ours. My XX lg order looks like a med-lg. The sneakers are the same. I ordered size 6.5 and the shoes are about a 5.5. They offered me a whole 15% refund. Stupidly, I didn't read the reviews before ordering so wasn't aware they were coming from China.Buyer Beware!

Poor quality material and workmanship, sizes are off. When I tried to return, they do not make it easy..they warn you that you will have to pay a steep amount to return items to China.. they will try to give you 15% instead, if you will not return. Be cautious

You know, when I read these reviews I was mortified that I was going to get some horrible mess but, all in all, the clothes weren't bad. The cotton shirts were a decent thickness and sized right. The pants, which are a light corduroy, are a good fit. About the only thing really disappointing was the scarf. It did take about a month to get but after reading these reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. And I'm from SC so this is not a fake review. In fact, I was going to go with three stars but I'm going to change it to four because they were decent clothes and the price was a good one. Would I order again? I'm not sure. Maybe I just got lucky but I did want to share another point of view.
I ordered several dresses from this website and I am very disappointed. One dress came in the wrong color, and all the dresses were of a very cheap polyester fabric. One dress did not look at all like the picture. The colors on the site are bright and clear, but the actual garment color is muted and cheap.(like when a company "copies" another fabric design but just cant get the color right!)
I emailed customer service..they give you a very limited time to return your package, but first they tell you that they will NOT cover return shipping, . Then they ask you if you will accept a 15% refund on your order? Not when you spend alot of money I won't.
I have dealt with many garment stores in China, and have had no problem with returns! This is the first time.
Roselinlin. wants to penalize me for their cheap dresses. I WILL BE GLAD TO UPDATE MY REVIEW IF THEY SEND ME A RETURN PAID LABEL OR GIVE ME 75% REFUND!

I ordered a Blue Crewneck Casual Maxi-dress, size M and a Half-sleeve casual floral print blouse, in large. The top, which seems small for a "large" is acceptable. The maxi-dress is not. The fabric looks nothing like the one in the picture - it is the kind of fabric you'd use to cover an outdoor pillow. Very cheap material. Not happy at all.

Wonderful website. Great pictures and descriptions. I ordered 3 "cotton" tops on June 8. Today is June22 and one item arrived. It is not cotton, it is cotton/poly (label in garment) or maybe all poly - based on the feel. It looks little like the picture and I'm sending it back.
