Faye Waters on the insurance side of RTS has been such a blessing to work with because she actually cares and gets things done, the very same can be said for Amanda Peterson who got me into factoring with RTS and whenever I have any issues with my factoring needs I give her a call and she goes above and beyond to help me. Honestly if it weren't for these two ladies then I would've entertained the idea of switching boats.

WARNING TRUCKING COMPANIES RUN STOP DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM EVER. RTS FINANCIAL WILL MAKE IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO EVER CANCEL , IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT EVENTHOUGH YOU WANT TO PAY A TERMINATION FEE AND THEY WILL IGNORE CALLS EMAILS . THE WAY THEY OPERATE IS NOT EVEN LEGAL AS FAR AS FORCING CUSTOMERS TO STAY . EVERY SINGLE CONTRACT CAN BE VOIDED WITH PENALTIES AND FEES BUT RTS IS FORCING CUSTOMERS TO STAY , IGNORING THEIR CALLS , AND MAKING IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAVE THEM ONCE YOU SIGN UP .
