I would give -100 if I could
I would give -100 if I could, I don't even know where to begin because the whole experience has been a horrible nightmare. We signed up to factor with this company because the sales guy Daniel painted a beautiful picture. "there is no contract, we have great fuel discounts, no recourse" Blah Blah Blah, All LIES.. there is a contract and you can't get out of it before 1yr unless you pay them $2500, the fuel discounts are great but if you don't factor at least 10k a month they turn off your card, of course they don't tell you any of this it is in a hidden link with fine print when you sign up, We have a small 1 truck show, and with the current economy there are no good paying loads and they won't factor everyone so how are you supposed to factor 10k+ a month when they won't except all bills? they have zero communication, we find out after a fee is assed that you get charged even when you are not using their service, then you can't pay the fee unless you have charged at least $20, so we got a $150 late fee because we couldn't pay their $7.95 service fee because it was less than $20..this company is a joke, its a racket! all they have done is cost us money and now we can't factor with anyone else for a yr unless we pay them... I might as well signed up with the MOB! We might have been better off, at least they tell you they are screwing you up front!

This company will lie to get you signed up, don't believe what they say when things go left they will ignore you. You will have to threaten them with a bad review & report them to the Secretary of State. They are liars, don't trust them

Jose assisted me with a technology problem, and his customer service is outstanding. Through 4 different calls, he helped me figure out what the problem was. He has told me he is the most patient man on earth, to help me, a technology-challenged person. Without hesitation I would recommend all of their services to you.

I’m new to OTR
I’m new to OTR! First experience was great then I had one held up pending invoice it took some time but after that every invoice was approved less than 30mins and funds where available for bolt!! I love it here fassst funding for sure great company thanks OTR Solutions

i signed with them in June 25th,and i am starting to regret it, because until now June 29th, they are not FINISHED with my application! that means, they are not ready to buy bols from my Company, i saw good things about them on everywhere, but it doesn't look like, their customer service, the first call they always hang up, when they got no choice, they pick the phone, only to tell you that they Can't help you. over all very bad until now, i hope the things changes lets see.

The person who assisted me couldn't put me through to the team that handles my case, and now it's Friday; I haven't been paid, and in all likelihood, I won't get paid until Monday. I’ve hauled two loads and haven’t been paid for either of them; it’s disrespectful, considering they charge such high rates but take so long to pay.

Very disappointing experience with OTR…
Very disappointing experience with OTR Solutions. We never did any business with them or received funding, yet they still filed a UCC on our company and demanded a $500 payment just to release it.
What’s worse is they claimed this “fee” was written in the contract, but after reviewing the agreement, there was no such $500 penalty mentioned anywhere. It felt more like an unjustified ransom demand than a legitimate business practice.
Representatives Evelyn and Sydney were unprofessional and kept pressuring us through emails instead of resolving the issue fairly. Be very careful before signing anything with this company.

I appreciate working with OTR factoring, but one concern I have is being required to use the fuel card they provide in order to receive the factoring discount. The issue is that the fuel discounts are not very competitive, especially with the current fuel price inflation.
When I discussed this with the team, I was informed that I must either use their fuel card to qualify for the factoring discount or lose the discount entirely. I find this policy restrictive, as it does not give fleet owners the flexibility to choose fuel cards that may offer better savings and benefits for their business operations.

Typically a very quick turn around and if I need my funds quicker I can use Bolt and fund my gas card at the same time. Very convenient.
