Will be changing factoring company as soon as contract terms meet their limit. No urgency when it comes to the bills, nothing but issues and miscommunication. They get an attitude when you call them to push invoices through. Dont waste your time.
I’ve been working with OTR for over 4 years now. They are very focused on customer service which makes working with them easy! Anytime I’ve had a slight issue or just a question, I can email my case manager or her team and they get back to me very quickly and are great at explaining things. Using their site or app is also very easy. I really enjoy having them as part of our team. Shout out Team Dana!
Every interaction has been productive and professional. I’m pleased with Sam and her teams performance thus far. I wish I came to OTR when I started my business years ago.
Easy to use website, from broker check to uploading docs and getting paid. Team responds quickly and willing to help if any problems arise. We've been very pleased with the service OTR has provided
Thank you OTR for always searching for new ways to improve your already great company. I had a Broker back in the late 90's tell me "no one in there right mind gets involved with the trucking industry. " then in 2012 or so I had a Doctor tell because of trucking "you have a screwed up lifestyle. " With all of the pitfalls of this industry OTR Solutions has done away with 2 major headaches. Funding our delivery process and getting paid after. While other factoring companies are batting down the hatches or outsourcing to foreign countries, OTR with there young minds are taking risks by adopting new and better ways to help us drivers focus more on keeping our rigs between the white lines.
OTR Solutions provides excellent customer service with every interaction! Processing is prompt and efficient. When I have had problems on my end - they have been quick to resolve them. Everyone I have ever talked to has been, courteous, friendly and above all - knowledgeable! We would highly recommend!
Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re really glad to hear our team’s been helpful, friendly, and quick to jump in when you need support. It means a lot to have your trust and recommendation. Here's to continued partnership!
