It’s went very well, second or third week week in with them I had a major axle replacement done and OTR pushed a invoice through for me within 24 hrs and even know it costed me a fee on my fuel bill for that week they let me pay it a few days late with no problems to my account and seems to get better every week since so yes I feel like I can 100% trust in OTR and I see a long term relationship as well thanks OTR for all you’ve done for me

Faheem and the team at OTR Solutions will definitely get you going in your trucking endeavors. They have an in depth knowledge of the needs in trucking and will fully support you to put you in the best position to deliver loads and provide for your family. Bar none, the best service I have experienced in both factoring and fuel thus far. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Locked in for a year of more headaches & problems.

***Updated 04/01/2026*** After a few reviews & phone calls OTR listened & made it as right as they could within their operating procedures & made it clear that moving forward they'd be more helpful l still signed an agreement on the word of a salesman but just make certain you read & understand things before you sign up. They're definitely big enough to factor you, just need to stay small enough to want too! ***Update 04/04/26**** Apparently Rate confirmations seeve no purpose. A company we've already factored with previously is now Apparently the hold up! We submitted an invoice yesterday, after cut off which is understandable however ive submitted the Rate "CONFIRMATION" twice why we're waiting on contact from the broker. Then l call in & get told thar there's no issue it just hasn't been processed yet. Is there anyone at this company that knows what is going on? Or that wants to do the job they're charging me for? If not the just release me please.

Since I've became a otr client it's been a very good experience. Easy to use app for uploading paperwork, quick broker credit check in seconds. Payout in minutes, if no issues with paperwork, even on the weekends. Need a fuel advance, no problem, just upload confirmation and BOL of approve broker and it done. My account Rep. Samantha Sapp is the best.

Good morning. I'm Ron Thomas with TF Major Movers. I just wanted to let you know that one of your guys went above and beyond the duties of his job to help me and convince me not to leave OTR. I was at my last factoring company for over 5 years, but left them due to the customer service I was repeatedly receiving. My new venture here was unfortunately going down the same path until Faheem, my fuel card guy, stepped up and offered to help me after I explained the situation. This was totally not his job, and I honestly didn't expect him to jump in the fight with me. But he did. And now I have a new team Emory. And I'm excited to work with them. Faheem is a solid person who dose what he says and means what he says. I hope you know how good of a guy he is to your clients and he should be commended for his professionalism and integrity.

Sales team good, after becoming a customer, service is subpar

The app almost always has bugs. The Capital One Mastercard verification function has been messed up/broke for 4 weeks. Customer service is not helpful most times. They have been slow in paying invoices. I was not communicated with when the person who regularly processes my invoices was no longer at the company, which caused a delay in payments. Overall customer service is subpar. The only good/reliable department is the sales team. Please develop better, more fluid processes.
