The app, the product, the presentation,everything about Savage X is phenomenal!! My only concern is that the letters on the boxers sometimes wash away after only a few washes in cold water. I still love these boxers and will never buy another brand.

The items are cute and comfortable, but the predatory membership is incredibly annoying. The credits being split in half and then applied in tiers are not clear. You cannot purchase items without being enrolled in the program if you want to save any of your measurements or choices, and you don't get the discounts advertised on the website without being enrolled. I have been speaking with customer service twice now about the member credits (which are automatically charged to your account monthly, $70 per month). So now I get to purchase two items with my credits, which I spent $140 on without realizing it, and I still have to pay $40.

clothes were mediocre and made of very cheap low quality itchy materials and they signed me up for a subscription automatically when i made account and i didn't know and I've been charged almost $140 from the company for the last 2 months without realizing and i haven't even purchased anything after my first purchase.

The product is fabulous, However I was a member before my birthday and didn’t get anything for my birthday also I skipped the month for the month of June and was still charged $69.95. I still made a purchase but I feel played and Robbed all at the same time.

I really dislike how it's set up as a membership and in order to keep the benefits you have to "skip a month" every single month. It prays on you forgetting about it or not doing it on time and now they changed the reward system to have less value. 1 member credit is "one item free up to $50!" but then with all their sales and discounts that item was worth less than $20 anyways and the good items are conveniently priced at $52 so it counts as 2 member credits. That item or set would have sold for ~$26-$50 normally but you just paid almost $70 for the "member credits". Very scammy and disappointing. They even added a $16 tariff charge at checkout instead of implementing it into the price of each product so that my $15 bra was really $30 plus tax and shipping. I gave 2 stars because the bras are good quality and very cute but not worth it at all.
