The person I was speaking with spoke…
The person I was speaking with spoke English at an acceptable lever, however, it was obvious that English was not his first language. At times he was very hard to understand him, regarding him explaining to me the details of the plan I chose. We had to go over it about 4 times, before I clearly understood what I would actually pay for my energy charges. You should probably NOT use off shore call centers. Use U.S. based call centers!

After multiple attempts
After multiple attempts, I finally decided on a carrier and I asked the Rep would I be able to start on September 23rd and she said yes. I gave all my PII information and then you started giving me a quote for another provider. I was extremely upset and express to her if she knew what she provided me as a quote wasn't guareented, she should I have informed me.
