My experience was great because everything was simple and straight to the point, with informative information that I needed.
She was Excellent - Background Noise Difficult
She was very good. One problem is hearing all the phone operators in the background. There must be available a microphone set that blocks out the very loud background noise. Even with the noise, se did an excellent job.
