Got my pants -50% prior to black friday. Didn’t take too long to arrive and was exactly what I expected. Great styles and different designs to stand out.
It's a very good news that our product met your expectations, Panu. We wish to see you soon for a new order. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Initially the order I received was wrong. However, the customer service team resolved this quickly and sent me a replacement pair. They even let me keep the other pair! Great customer service.
Not only our Customer Service, but all of us will be glad to see you again for a new order, Mary. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
My son just loves the clothes....I buy quite frequently.
And we are so happy every time you come back to put a new order for your son, Cynthia. Hopefully we will see you again soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
I will not do 'more' shopping for the very high customs fees
We would have loved to be able to keep you as a customer, Francesco; but unfortunately import fee's are out of our hands. We do hope to see you again for a new order in future. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
My son loves your jeans. It’s the only ones he will wear now. Very good quality. Thank you for providing clothing that he’s finally satisfied about!
That really is a very happy new for us to know we have become your son's favorite clothing, Sandra. Hopefully you will come back soon for a new order for him. Stay Healthy :) SERNES

Love these clothes! Great designs with great quality!
We love your warm words, Liza. And we do hope to see you soon for a new order. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
my personal style is my socially accepted version of yelling "FIRE!" in a crowded movie theater...😅😈 So in essence, SERNES is perfect for extremely stylish people with sociopathic tendencies...
You have several orders with us that we imagine you have quite a collection of our products, DonJamae. We love to hear you consider our models perfect for stylish people. We look forward to see you soon for a new order. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Excellent quality and fast shipping, lovemy new Halloween jeans!
Thank you for mentioning 2 of most important aspects of our products and services, Lauren. We do hope to see you soon for a new order. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
This is the most eccentric and unique brand on the market. I adore every article of clothing I’ve purchased. I get stopped at least twice a day by strangers to ask where to get my look. I couldn’t design better products in my head, if I tried. Absolute favorite brand
We really appreciate all your positive words, Michael. It made us so happy to read how our designs have become your favorite. Hopefully we will see you soon for a new order. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Always excellent quality pants, and a perfect fit! I will continue ordering pants from here for sure.
Thank you so much for your support, Mario; we do try to keep the quality of our products in a high level. Hopefully we will see you put a new order soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Very helpful had to return product but very helpful and done quickly

Got my product really fast and it was in good condition.
Thank you, Jason, for pointing out everything we care about: fast delivery and good product. Hopefully we will see you soon for a new order. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
We have shipped your package a day after you put the order, James; and it seems there was an issue with the courier that I checked with you later. If you still haven't received your package, you can reach us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Was helpful and fast, thanks
Thank you for shopping with us, Melissa. Hopefully you will come back for a new order soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Just as photos... Sizing was dead on. Thanks
Thank you, Jeff, for bringing up the "just as photos" subject. Hopefully we will see you soon for a new order. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Quality of pants is good but the sizing needs to be adjusted - these are definitely not a true fit. I do have a muscular build but I ordered the size I do for any other pants and these fit me like a very tight pair of skinny jeans
Thank you for commenting on our quality, Harrison; and if you have an issue with sizing, you can email [email protected] to start a return process. We will be happy to see you put a new order with us soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
We emailed you about that item being out of stock, Nicolas, and you chose to be refunded instead of swapping the model with another one; we refunded you that same day and sent a notification email to inform you about it. That being said, we hope to see you again for a new order soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Fast delivery. Clothes in great condition. I was surprised cause im usually very leary of online clothing boutiques. Very happy with what i got.
We really appreciate your trust in us to put in the first order, Derek. Hopefully you will come back for a new order soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
Company does not offer refunds. I ordered a pair of pants and it got processed twice. I got two pairs of the same pants and got charged twice and couldn't even receive a refund because it is store credit only. whack
We sent 2 separate confirmation emails and 2 separate tracking numbers in 2 different emails, Aaliyah; if you had told us that one of the orders were a mistake, we would have canceled that order before shipping it. As for the refund, we have stated our return policy on the website; if you are planning on returning one or both of the orders, please reach us at [email protected] All that being said, we hope to see you come back soon. Stay Healthy :) SERNES
