It's honestly a shame that I have to give one star. Not because of the customer service (but oddly enough they addressed me by a completely, random different name aside from my own), but because of unexplained issues with getting what I ordered. I fortunately received a full refund for the items I desired, but one item was never delivered (they couldn't even get tracking anymore for it) and the other was an issue with something not registering the item in my order. I've ordered numerous products from them in the past with complete satisfaction, so I have no idea what is going on. It really is a shame, if they notified me that these issues were fixed I would not hesitate to place another order because the products are excellent.
This is my third pair of Sernes jeans. Great fit. Great look. I dig them.

Color and material of the jeans not worth for the price I paid.

The products are great and the delivery on time, the only issue i see is that most of the sizes for the men's trousers are too long. I don't know if they cater for short people. Lol
But overall all is good.

We appreciate the positive words on the products and delivery time, Arthur. As for the sizing, we constantly try to adjust our measurements to fit better, so hopefully this issue will be resolved.
We wish to see you soon for a new order.

Great quality. Great fit. Quick Delivery
The pants are way more versatile than how they are modelled on the site, Sernes should make a matching suit jacket, I am sure the style would be off the hook!

That was a very productive review, James; we appreciate that. And we are trying to launch new models in different categories in near future.
Hopefully we will see you for a new order soon.

I am beyond satisfied with the product that was sent to me. This was actually sent to me after a mistake on a previous order. A button fell of the pants that were sent. Because of this I had someone reach out eager to correct the mistake and get my business. The made every attempt to make me happy and I believe the customer service went above and beyond. They sent me this item for free to make up for the mistake. Because of this I will be returning to buy more products. Customer service goes so far for me

I was excited to find a jacket I wanted off of the series website, I went through the ordering process, paid for it, & was waiting for the shipment confirmation to come to my email, two days later I got an email that the jacket they were advertising & I just purchased was no longer in stock, I was truly disappointed, sernes is unprofessional, why sell something to somebody without checking your stock first...
Reply from Sernes2022-02-28
We understand this has been a less than pleasant experience, Brian, specially on your first order; and we tried to make up for it with a full refund as soon as we realized the jacket was sold out.
Hopefully you will see past this trouble and come back for a new order with us soon.

I love the items I ordered however there were a lot of fabric hairs from the cardigan I purchased. I wore a white turtle neck and when I removed the cardigan it had numerous black fabric hairs.

immediately impressed with the quality of the jeans (and relieved as I've been burned by other online retailers in the past). And they are a great fit! I won't hesitate to order from Sernes again. Excellent experience!
