"Contact us" process impossibly frustrating.
The old website format was, to quote another customer, vastly superior. I find the new format troublesome and just not easy to use.
The huge issue I had with my most recent purchase was that the "Contact Us" process is impossibly tedious and frustrating. It is impossible to reach a human on the phone. I clicked my way through the automated process, only to be told (by recording) in the end that placing my order online is the best way to do it. Twice or three times, I sent emails inquiring after the scores I needed to purchase (not the entire orchestra set). Finally, after more than a week, I received an email response with a link to purchase the scores from the publisher -- but if it takes the possible six weeks (?!) to ship from there, that is too late for my festival.
When the company sent a link to a survey for me to give feedback on my experience, I found it was impossible to submit the survey! An email inquiry received "Sorry, we cannot resend survey links."
Overall, this was a terribly frustrating experience, and I am not likely to visit in the future. (The scores I needed were only available here, though for several weeks it appeared I couldn't even buy them here.)
Struggled to get my credit card to work
still cant work out why the card I wanted to work wouldnt
not clear on your site that the credit card was the reason that sale wouldnt go through and took some time to work out

The music was delivered in a timely manner. It was exactly what I ordered and was in perfect condition. I was 100% happy!

There is a vast amount of music available here. But the search function has become tedious. If I look for a composition I do not want to have to scroll through each individual part from one arrangement to find a different arrangement.
My experience with this order was great. Very timely and efficient, no issues with anything. Would definitely order again!

I have found pretty much every song I've looked for and they seem very accurate.
I wish you had Me & Magdalena by The Monkees, it would be nice to keep this novice from having to figure it out. Otherwise very pleased!
Sheet Music Plus is great and their customer service is very responsive when there is an occasional problem with an order. I will definitely be returning often.

Great arrangement and easy to download.
Being able to download the sheet music I purchased, print it out, and also listen to an audio version of the arrangement worked out great for our group. Members were able to play the recording to practice at home.
My only quibble that made it 4 star vs. 5, is the minimum order requirement. I ordered the minimum of 5, twice, and would have liked to purchase just a couple more for new additions to our group. Probably could have found a way but no time to figure it out.
