Shady and Trickster
One price that looks like a markdown is posted on the front page of a score (I found this on multiple pieces), until I see in my cart it's over a dollar more than advertised (false advertising). Items added to the cart now default to multiple copies (bad practices). There is absolutely no way to actually contact a Customer Representative (questionable practice).

Recently I purchased Mannheim Steamroller Christmas for flute. I was surprised and disappointed to discover it was an MP3 not a cd playalong. I am 79 years old and have no idea how to use this, nor do I want to buy new equipment. After several failed emails I resorted to contacting you thru a "review". Finally got an unhelpful email from Amy. I'm asking for your understanding and a refund. I will never use this music. I ordered new music from you and am eager to listen to the accompanying cd. thank you.

Total Disaster
Total Disaster! I wish I could share the email chain with this company; it would disclose an unparalleled level of incompetence and prevarication. In brief, I ordered Magnificat a 8 voci con 6 vel 10 istromenti. This is the clearly advertised product as written. Instead I received only 2 sheets of paper for two instrumental parts. The 'customer service' person, who styles herself as 'Amy S' then tried to claim that I had failed to read a section which was not actually displayed in the original display on their site. Next she tried to shift the blame to the publishing house for creating confusion. (Sorry, but you're the retailer: you're responsible for what you advertise.) Finally she offered to refund my money only after I had returned the music. She provided a postage-free label, which is only valid if I mail it from within the US. From Canada I have to pay $20 postage - which is more than the price of the music! I should have looked at the numerous negative reviews before I placed my order: there are many who have had similar bad experiences. I advise readers to be extremely circumspect before ordering anything from this company. There are better options.

We regret that you feel it does not align with your expectations.
It seems that your country of residence was overlooked in the many emails exchanged, leading to the inadvertent provision of a US return label. Had this small oversight been brought to our attention, we would have quickly arranged an alternative solution, recognizing that the problem with the item was not your fault.
You have now been fully refunded for the cost of the order in US funds, as that was the currency in which you were originally charged. We apologize for any frustration this has caused.
Provided music notebooks that will be going on 2 years now so they are quality made!

Had to log in to about 3 different sites
Had to log in to about 3 different sites to access what I had bought. It also didn't come in a mail directly, there I only got a picture of the front page. Instead I had to go to where my order to get sent to another page where I had to login to get sent to another page to log in where I could finally access my content.
Don't know why they had to make it so difficult but I will definitely blacklist them from sites where I want to buy sheet music.

Just input keywords of artists or songs to find what you're looking for.
When you plug in the music you want to order, it shows up, you purchase it. Then download the music sheet or musical item and then print it. It's as simple as that. It can't get much easier than that. The choices of the musical pieces range from the most simple to most complex. I love this site.
I ordered music and was unable to download it as my old password repopulated. I tried all automated instructions, and begged someone to call , as I had already paid for the music with Paypal. The situation remained unresolved and I finally gave up after about 20 attempts based on their automatic, totally wrong instructions. I will never order music from this source again

This data, known as "cookies," is a setting created by your computer's manufacturer to assist with password remembrance. If your computer is auto-populating information incorrectly, you will need to manually delete the auto-populated data using your mouse and keyboard, and then enter the correct information by hand.

This company is impossible to get in touch with. No live person answers their phone number no matter how many times you call and what button you push. Why call it customer service if there is no service provided. I am purchasing for a school district and sent a P.O. and have been trying to track down the order since March.
