Awesome product, awesome customer service
These guys have a great product and really good customer service. They reply quickly and are happy to help! Their men's and women's underwear are both super comfortable(the women's according to my wife)! I definitely recommend them. They are kinda pricey but they are certainly a nice splurge!
These guys and gals went above and…
These guys and gals went above and beyond to make sure I received my package. My first package got lost in transit so they sent a replacement order. The replacement order got lost at the post office somehow and I was ready to just give up. They emailed me again asking how it went and I provided a different mailing address. They immediately sent me another package to satisfy my needs. I would never expect a company to go above and beyond like this instead of just issuing a refund. Highly satisfied customer ❤️❤️❤️

Losing 115 pounds is awesome. Realizing every pair of underwear you own now fits like a parachute... not so much. I reached out to Shinesty with a unique request, expecting a canned response. Instead, I got a thoughtful reply from a real human who celebrated my accomplishment, answered every question, and reminded me that great customer service still exists. The underwear is ridiculously comfortable. The patterns range from "perfectly normal" to "I probably shouldn't wear these around Grandma." 😆 Even better than the products are the people behind them. That's the kind of company I enjoy supporting.
Consider going down a size
I really like the boxers, but I was a bit bummed when the size was a little bigger than expected. I spoke with Ichi from customer service and they really do standby their guarantee! I went down a size and the fit is perfect!
The Designs on the boxers are a must
Honestly haven’t stop with there subscriptions since I started the ball hammock is top tier and the designs man love them I’m pretty sure I’m over 50 pairs of boxers at this point def recommend
Had an issue with my Chonies
I had an issue with my order. I sent Shinesty an email and they responded right away. They sent me a replacement pair of underwear right away. Great human touch in a world becoming increasingly cold and robotic!

Forgot I had signed up for the subscription and they were super understanding. Because they were able to reverse my mistake so quickly, I know where I'm going first as soon as I need to re-up on socks and underwear, super comfortable I might add.

Been subscribed to them for years I have never been disappointed. I’ve never had an issue and if I ever have customer service has gone above and beyond, always responding quickly and resolving just as fast I know it’s weird. We’re a weird family.
