I ordered two pairs of the ball hammock briefs. I only recieved one pair and reached out to customer service. Customer service not only responded to my message the very next morning, they had already shipped me another pair of briefs. Exceptional customer service and the briefs are amazing!

Shipping carrier faild to deliver. Contacted costumer service and they responded in less than a day. They re-sent the order and I received tracking information within the hour. Awesome sauce service. Oh, and the underwear is great. I haven't had swamp*** since since making the switch 4 years ago
100% worth the money!!
These were initially bought for my brother as a Christmas gag gift! But he loved them and got his own subscription… I have since gotten my fiance an underwear subscription and have also added ankle and crew socks! They love the feel and love the quality! Well worth the $40/mo for 2 pairs of socks and 1 pair of underwear! Also their customer service is top notch and really go above and beyond anytime you contact them. I have never chatted with them and been disappointed in their responses!
Truly impressed from the products to the customer service!
I first bought some of their products for my husband to try out. He loved them and decided to order some for myself and our son. The subscriptions are flexible and saved us money, so that's a double win. We all enjoy their soft fabric and the boys love the hammocks. And we've had several questions/concerns and their customer service staff always respond quickly and are willing to help. Both Kelvin and Tom have been awesome and I really appreciate their help.
