Fantastic customer Service

great company to buy from with fantastic customer service! When I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription, somehow it never canceled the socks and yesterday noticed I was charged for a pair. Reached out to customer service they successfully canceled my order, but since they already shipped the socks they let me keep them and still refunded me!!

Love the pocket! Less chafing for sure! For the most part, I like the different designs but a few are a little over the top for my taste

Was worried it would be bad. No, they are good.

Shinesty had a lot of flags that made me very worried it was going to end in tears: subscription model, "edgy" patterns, non-100%-cotton fabrics, etc. However, they have really done so well in every aspect I was compelled to write this review to say "Great Job!". First, the subscription: look, I feel weird saying it but I really do like this part. I like having a little cheap something-something coming to me each month. I actually look forward to the future. Imagine that. Second, I thought I might get trapped into whatever patterns they wanted to send-- WRONG. You can go on the site and change your monthly pick any time you want. Third, the fabrics are not 100% cotton or wool but in this very very niche case I think they are great. Soft and breathable and I'm not gonna ask too many more questions. Kinda like Aviator Nation. I actually did have to interface with customer support because a package didn't arrive and this is where they fell down a bit. There's no WORKING help link anywhere on their site, I had to ask AI to hallucinate a ccustomer support email and that actually worked. And the people who answered were extremely helpful and prompt. So I didn't have new underwear for a couple weeks. It's ok. I'm pleased with my encounters so far. If they let me easily destroy my subscription in the future they will enter my God-tier commpanies list.

I have been a subscriber for 5 years ish now. Have had a few weird hiccups with my membership along the way and customer service is always responsive, helpful, and resolves the issue quickly. The products are great but the service is even better.

I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription, but the customer service team was able to cancel it and refund me. They even let me keep the underwear! Great customer service and great product!

The boxers are incredibly comfortable…

The boxers are incredibly comfortable and make you look like you're PACKIN'. I don't want to talk about that though. I had an issue with one of my orders and reached out to support. I got an agent named Ichi and they were absolutely incredible. The print I wanted was out of stock so they offered to replace it with another of my choice, and they'd give me a free pair for the inconvenience. I sent the patterns/prints that I wanted and they had the new order processed in SECONDS. It really was top tier service.

Absolutely amazing. Im pretty obsessed with shinesty products and their customer service is above any other company. Their products are safe to wear (not 100% plastic) and are very cumfy! Great prices and adorable designs, even their packaging is special. I love their marketing and how they communicate, feels like we are besties!! 🤗🌹🙏👏🌟 Thanks Shinesty for making a true difference in this world of bad service and unhealthy products. Got a pair to try out and loved them so much I got a subscription. They are not only one of the most comfortable pair of underwear I have ever worn but they are also fun styles! Even got my wife some!

Customer service is fantastic!! I ordered a pair of undies from them and had a sizing problem, so I sent an email, and they replied the very next morning and are sending me out a new pair in a bigger size free of charge. That's customer service at its best. Product quality seems to be very good. Shipping was super fast, and they arrived in just a few days.
