I bought a pair for a one time gag years ago and realized that these funny joke underwear were the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned. I've had a subscription for years now and the only reason I'm stopping it is because my underwear drawing is full of Shinesty. I do not have space for more shinesty underwear, and I've already thrown out all my non-shinesty underwear... Also the emails are funny, so that's nice too.
Gotta go the full 5 stars because their communication is always spot on! Material is unmatched and super comfy.
Ive been having some issues with items not being delivered. Ichi from customer service has been an absolute stud helping me get everything straightened out. I got my orders resent at no charge. I highly recommend shinesty to anyone. Great product and customer service!
We love Shinesty. We get a new pair of every month. Their customer service is great. Very helpful and attentive to your problems and concerns.
Shinesty is a good company with comfortable products. I have boxers, socks, and T shirts, a lot of each. The only reason they don’t get 5 ⭐️ is because there is a T shirt company out there and I won’t say their name that has a better Tee. Better fit, better colors, cheaper, and faster delivery. But you won’t be disappointed with Shinesty!!
The socks and underwear I have purchased have been high quality, comfortable, with a great feel/fit, and VERY creative designs. The naughty ones were subtle and sophisticated. I had a subscription for many years (until my dresser was overflowing). I loved my monthly surprise. They were incredibly efficient and cool when I cancelled.
Tin is absolutely the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I buy a lot of clothes on the regular and he always make sure I’m 100% satisfied!! He takes customer service to another level. The quality of the products that I purchased are great.
I really love the subscription I signed up for my boyfriend. They are so soft and comfortable especially during long drives.
I was missing one pair from my order. The customer service agent( Tin) took care of my missing pair of boxers quickly and efficiently. Thank you. I'm very pleased with your service
We had an issue with a missing item. Seems like the package was tampered with in the mail and unfortunately one of the items was stolen. I reached out to customer service and in less than 24 hours they replied and already had the missing item shipped out. Shinesty is wonderful and we will continue to support their business!
Great underwear! Nice fit, comfortable fabrics, and awesome designs, of course!
Tin at Shinesty customer support took great care of me. Above and beyond to make sure I was able to exchange everything I needed to.
Ive done the annual subscription for my husband two years in a row. We will never go back to regular underwear. The customer service is always amazing. Most companies take weeks to get back to you but shinesty always replies right away and i truly appreciate that. Its also always a real person and we appreciate that even more.
Best underwear out there the ball hammock is the best idea ever.it keeps the boys in place and comfortable.

I had a lovely customer service experience with Tin. Tin provided me a detailed response within 24 hours of me reaching out to customer service. Above and beyond! I love Shinesty!
Love this brand. Their customer service is top notch and enthusiastic! I have liked everything we have got from them they underwear are so soft and comfortable. The socks are great too.
One of the best and fastes return of a customer service reply I've ever experienced. They get right back to you! They're very friendly too! They care about (the fantastic) products they sell and how you feel about their company. Their underwear are absolutely amazing! Ladies, they stay in place!!! Men, my fiance loves the long leg briefs! Both are incredibly soft to the touch and breathable!
My fiance refuses to wear any other boxers but these. Accidentally made a princess outta him. Love the naughty designs.
