Overall pretty good service but have room for improvement, shd start live chat for support instead

Not a serious hosting

Feels like they force me to buy dedicated ip, cause they change it often, Not normal. Tried to get a refund but no luck there. Refund is not easy to get from theese hosting-cowboys. Shinjiru offshore hosting is not a serious neither a secure hosting.Seems like mo protection against ddos attacks.

Have been Using The service since last 2 years now and never been more satisfied with an host ( specially an Off Shore Host ) . Skype Support Adds a Cheery on the Cake , which you do not see in other Off Shore Hosting !! i have used Shared , strong both , dedicated services according to my project needs and have been sure abt this every time !! Their Support is Wonderful ( Which we actually don't see in Offshore hosts these days ) And uptime is great as well .. Definitely a High Recommendation !!

Monday to sunday... Shinjiru is always there ready to help. If you have issue with domain? You have issue with VPS you are new? This is no problem. You just need contact support and they are very knowledgeable in all subjects, no pushy sales and superb with all subject. You really cannot go wrong with this host, they also have good protection and plenty offshore options. Uptime has always been constant, no problems with attacks. Speed is fast.
