Knowingly hosts fraudulent sites
I have never used Shinjuru... but my daughter was scammed by a website who does... already21.com - and by the look of the below reviews, they seem to host a whole wave of other fraudulent websites. Any company that can live with that on their conscious must be run by pretty appalling human beings. Do the right thing, withdraw service from alrwady21.com and report the people behind it to the authorities... otherwise you are just an accessory, as whose money do you think you are being paid with?

Scammers. I requested an cancellation because the vps was hacked and abused from the attacker. They don't wont give me back a credit or refund. Don't buy with btc, buy with paypal and if they don't refund you, open a dispute. Thank you. Edit: They don't refund me by crypto because is easy. You can't dispute a crypto payment. Which is the difference from a refund of paypal to btc? Nothing! By paying in crypto they can decide whether to refund you or not because you cannot open a dispute. I do not recommend this host because you will have high pings, ssh bruteforces and more cyberattacks. They gave me credit for what? It is not a refund because the credit remains there.

Sadly, some clients can not be satisfied no matter the effort we put. You requested a cancellation with no refund review, we processed it as per your request with immediate effect. Almost a week later, you requested a refund (days after the service was terminated), while we could not accommodate a refund since no investigation on your service "hack" claim could have been processed with a terminated service, we proceeded to give you a full month of a fresh hosting plan. You proceeded to cancel that too, & ignored our T&C that you agreed upon sign up (Refunds via crypto can only be refunded as credit balance). To sum it up; we replaced your hosting plan + refunded you in full back as credit balance, yet you spare no compliance to a business running on SOP's and through T&C's. Still, we wish you all the best!

customer service and products are the best
customer service is great. Always answered on skype chat in a good time frame. customer assistants know there stuff and are always very very helpful. I have 2 items with them and trust them completley to look after and do as they say they do. I can Highly recommend Shinjiru

Careful with this hosting provider
Careful with this hosting provider. They will constantly change your hosting IP address like every 3 days and when you asked them why. They would respond that I will need to buy a dedicated IP address addon. It's my first time my hosting is constantly changing my ip address in 7 years of my web master career.. Not only that they will forcefully ask for your cloudflare login details like they are about to beg for it! LOL. Scammers.
