Stellar Experience
Entire experience beginning to end was painless and quick. I used the Buy For Me service from Belgium to US. Excellent communication from Bart Meijer from the start. Safely packaged my goods and they arrived safely. Would definitely use him again.
Astronomical Fees!
Was quoted $74 USD for shipment of an order to the UK. When I went to checkout they went to charge me $400 USD for a single RM “small parcel” equivalent shipment to the UK. I have used other mail forwarders like ShipItTo and have never seen anything like this. Highly disappointed as first time user and will never use them again.

We would like to note that as stated on our website, shipping cost is based on the actual weight or volumetric weight - whichever is greater. Volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the width, length and height of your package. Since this is the way the courier companies calculate the prices, this is the method we use as well. Also note that when calculating a shipping price estimate on our calculator page, the insurance cost and the customs amounts are not added to the total, since these amounts change with the item values and the shipping destination country. This information is also available on our page. These can only be seen when the item is received by our hosts and are ready to be shipped internationally after the correct item value and description is declared for the shipment. We offer DDU(Delivery Duties Unpaid) shipping options as well, so you can select this shipping option instead of the DDP(Delivery Duties Paid) option to not pay for the customs duties along with the shipping price. great service but its way too expensive
I had issues making an account because I couldn't change my email without entertaining customer support which was already a bad sign, but i just deleted and started over. my service for actually purchasing and communicating with the host was fine, but the price for shipping is way too dear. I understand there is usually some expense to these services as this isn't the first I used, but the bloat on a small package was hardly feasible for future use. It arrived perfectly fine, but I doubt I'll be using it in future just because of these rates.

Avoid this company with Your whole soul. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, they are probably employees writing them. You’ll pay 4 times the quoted shipping, there won’t be any phone number to connect to, they take days in responding to an email and they don’t care after they have your package. They’ll hold your package hostage till you pay the grossly inflated shipping amount. I have reported the shady dealings of this company to the better business bureau and I advise everyone to stay away!!!

Fast processing, responsive agent
Used Shippn to take advantage of a discount only available in the UK. The buy for me service while more pricey is much faster than warehouse based services. Ben processed by package with no delay and was very responsive to my questions.

Giving them 5 stars based on Service and Staff. If I was to include price, that would kill a lot of stars, because this is an expensive service. Anyways, I bought a package from Singapore, shipped through DHL, received it in the States about 4 days later! Importing my items (2 Care Bears only found in that region) costed ~$180 in just shipping alone without any insurance or taxes added. Here's where the review comes in! I had a host in which i was able to start conversations, kept me updated, and was very honest through and through. I informed her that I wasnt able to pay right away and she assured me she will hold onto it and pay when im ready. She shipped it out super fast, and packaging was great! If i use this service again, im searching for that host because she was awesome. I recommend Shippn to anyone who wants to import something from another country! Just mind the cost...

Superb! They bought a rare item I needed and shipped it to me. It was packaged safely and delivered fast. The prices are extremely fair! I highly highly highly recommend it!
It’s ok
It’s ok, but the international shipping they use the size is the box to decide shipping cost. So if the retailer uses a large box, you pay high. Plus v little options of shippers for international. I have to pay 98 a dollars compared to 25 with someone else. I was happy to do slow post, but wasn’t even given that option. It arrived in 2 days, but for 98 bucks.

The repackaging service fee is 10 USD, and our hosts inform us of any additional materials if required, which are added to the fee. As Shippn, we only ship via express international air couriers as per company policy. We do not offer standard/economy shipping options, which is why the shipping cost may appear higher compared to regular postal services. Omar and Shippn services were Wonderful. I was finally able to order items that I have wanted but had no way to ship to the US. The service made me able to order. Omar was amazing at keeping me updated and walk me through the process as i missed some steps. He also packaged with care and was amazed at how fast I received my items and in perfect condition! Buy for Me service is Excellent!
I used the Buy for Me service. My Hong Kong host researched and coordinated many orders for me of items I can't find in the states. Everything was consolidated in a single package to save costs and arrived just as ordered! Some of the items I requested were from old listings, but my Host worked hard to track things down. The service is very simple to use and communication is excellent - I was always dealing with the same person. Highly recommend.

A Switzerland store had a Blu-ray I…
A Switzerland store had a Blu-ray I wanted to purchase and I used Shippn. Unlike other item buying and forwarding companies that check to make sure the item is available before paying for it, with Shippn you have to pay for it BEFORE it's made sure the item is actually available for purchasing. I received my order today but all the Host had to do was receive the parcel from the Swiss store, open it to make sure the correct item was there, seal it back up, place it into a parcel for my chosen courier and then send it to me. When it arrived today, not only did I find that the Blu-ray had been taken out of the packaging, but the plastic and the outer slick of the digi-book case had been placed inside the case with the enclosed booklet looking like it had been pulled roughly off the glue that was holding it in place. Whether the Blu-ray was sent like that which I find unlikely, or the Host actually opened and looked at the contents of the case instead of just sending the item as it was sent by the store which I find more likely.

You do not have to make any payments to create a regular order with us. If the item is confirmed and available by your host, you can then create a Buy For Me order to purchase the item. Since the plastic envelope on the package included your host's purchase invoice, it was removed before the package was shipped. We understand your concern regarding the item's plastic being open when you received it. Since the item arrived intact at your host's address, we contacted DHL to start a claim. As mentioned earlier, some packages are opened by customs when they enter the destination country and are inspected by the customs officials. The plastic seal may have been opened during this investigation. We will find out if this was the case with your package. We do not want you to have a bad experience with Shippn. This was the reason a full refund of the order amount and the shipping amount was issued to your payment method. We hope you will have a better experience with us in the future. Great experience! First time using it; I had my eye on a purse with Australian retailer that didn't ship international. The shipper I used was excellent, packed it the day after it arrived to her house, and I got the purse a week later. Will absolutely use again.

Great service through Shippn . I wanted an item from Uniqlo which for some reason was no longer sold in Canada but was available in the UK. I asked my contact (not sure if I give names here) to buy my item and he did so and it was deliverd at speed. It was sent and arrrived in less that 5 days. Love this service and my contact. I will use both again, if needs be.
