Very Disappointed in the Slow Shipping
I ordered an item from Shop LC one week ago. I paid $9.99 extra for expedited shipping because the item was needed for a gift. One week later my item still has not shipped and they won't let me cancel it. I do not recommend this business.

I’m a bit frustrated …
I’m a bit frustrated because my items are not being delivered. I would like to order more on the clearance, but I haven’t received six items as of today I’ve called and they say they’ve tried to deliver them. We’re here all the time so I don’t think that’s true.

I have purchased several sterling silver pieces from shoplc over the last few years. And a 14k gold chain. Today I took some pieces in to sell them . Much to my surprise these pieces advertised as sterling silver turned out to be stainless steel. Silver doesn't stick to a magnet, then guess what the chain I bought that was suppose to be 14k gold wasn't gold at all it to was stainless steel plated with gold it to stuck to the magnet. Gold doesn't stick. I was shocked by all of this I couldn't believe it but I seen it with my own eyes

Love shopping with you, especially on the Friday deals. I have always had good service and have had good experience with customer service when calling about my purchase. Only thing is the shipping cost is sometimes high because it is charged for each item and not for the entire order and I usually buy the "buy all" because I do my Christmas shopping with your company and it is easier to get more than one gift that way. I love watching you guys on TV.

1. Summer 2024 auto pay disabled 2. May 2025 told I would receive 3ct morganite I won and never did 3. Holidays 2025 to 6/29/26 my calls do directly to automated system instead of live person 4. Six review codes never worked 5. Auction rewards go in reverse 6. Several times it took 30 days to update my e-mail 7. From former host Michelle calling me "nutter butter" to Heather, 2/24/26, directing an offensive remark at me. 8. Online harassment, someone named "Crae and Voodoo" signed on, and prevented from bidding during April 9. Sent thank you mail I couldn't use in May 10. Prevented from bidding 6/27-29, someone named "cooky" signed on. 11. July 1 told bidding would be reinstated in 24 hours. July 2 no bidding. 12. July 2026 most time spent prevented from bidding
