Fun and Jewelry priced nice but I'm seeing an uptick in prices. You need a few more USA based hosts down in Austin TX. We don't need those foreign based hosts ugh! I wish reaching customer service by email wasn't an ordeal. Occasionally I have an error with an order like something was left out but it's listed on my invoice.anyway. Otherwise I love the products. You can see that I order a lot of goodies. I don't really have complaints. The few I have had were taken care of to our satisfaction.

Please include the monthly guide with coupons code for each month I just received an order from you and no tv guide with it it’s already the sixth of the month so I’m feeling behind it helps to plan watching time and not helpful at the end of the month

Four orders lost in shipping depart in less than a month!
In less than a month the shipping department at ShopLC have lost four of my orders. After writing to customer service over and over they finally get back to me telling me they were lost. Which I already figured since they were in label printed for weeks. They refunded me what I paid but I felt I should have received some form of compensation since I never had a company lose four orders in my life. They as a company bear no consequences for the action of the shipping department. They don't care about the customer they just say oh well we lost them here's your money back! Like that makes things right for the customer who spent the time trying to win items then waiting for them to come in the mail which lately takes forever. In my case four orders never came! Losing packages causes more issues than your company realizes or choses to care about. Not happy with this company at this time. Personally, I am now worried about my other orders and as far as future orders I think I will be pulling back from ordering from ShopLC for now.

I was told that the items at auction were new items that were left over after the shows in small amounts. Why am I getting someone’s return? This purse has been fitted in the shoulder strap to the length preferred by another person the shoulder shop has been hooked onto the purse and one of the pockets has scuff marks on the outside silver has worn off.

Shop is a great company! Everything comes in when it is supposed to, except when enough things aren't ordered. The customer support system emailed me immediately when it was discovered. I was offered a full refund.

I really like shop lc and have been shopping with them for 19 years when they had another company name. The prices are great, the hosts are very good too. The thing they need to improve on is accuracy in informing the customer when their items are due to arrive. It is often inaccurate. I believe they are the best shopping network and the others do not even come close!

Flawless return experiences as well as affordable home goods and jewelry for every budget
I bought a lovely ring during the most recent clearance and after wearing it for one morning while in my house (with the label still attached), I noted that one of its tiny stones was missing. I called Customer Support and spoke with a gentleman about it. I asked if it could be fixed or replaced and learned that it could not as there none of these rings left and no ability to get a replacement stone, which made me sad as it was truly beautiful and affordable. However, they allowed me to return it for a refund of what I had paid in the initial budget payment. They sent me my return label via email and it is now on its way back to them. Anytime I have requested help from Customer Support, I received it and, with one small exception, all issues were resolved immediately. The only time it took more time was when my account had an IT issue that was bizarre. A CS manager got into my account and she took the same steps I had that caused my recipient and billing names to change. With her proving the issue was valid, she advised the IT Dept. The IT Dept. then fixed it. This one exception was not the fault of Customer Support. I have never spoken with anyone who did not show me absolute kindness and professionalism.
ShopLC has several lines of home goods and clothing as well other vendors' products to its customers They have red light therapy devices frequently at wildly reduced prices. One such device has helped my spine as it has this special type of therapy, as well as acting as a tens unit with electrical stimulation to the spine. There are also many beauty products well below market prices.
ShopLC provides one meal to children in India or America for every single purchase made in America. This generosity is immense and what a different world it would be if other manufacturers did likewise. This is a unique company very deserving of praise for bringing affordable products to their customers, and many jobs to us as well.
