It’s pleasurable to shop LC since you offer a great variety of products and I particularly love your jewelry. But please fix the bugs in your app ! Often it indicates items are sold out if they aren’t and I get messages to complete my purchase of an item in my cart and it’s actually empty.

the item looked good in the ad and when i received it I was not disappointed i have been having trouble getting up if i fell and the cane certainly helps with this. well wrapped and arrived when it should

I felt my item was totally misrepresented. No return label was enclosed with my order. Customer Service ghosted me. Need I say more? I sent my return through FedEx with a return slip from your website. I'll have reservations about purchasing from your company again.

I ordered a piece of jewelry that showed both a necklace and earrings but I only received the earrings. A little disappointed so I contacted customer service, they immediately issued credit for the item and shipping. They told the the item was not currently available but would notify me when it came back into stock. They notified me 2 days later and I reordered my jewelry. It arrived promptly, and again I only received the earrings. I emailed and again they issued credit for both the item and shipping and they found out the picture on the item is incorrect so they have escalated the issue so that it can be fixed for any future purchases. While I didn't expect a full refund, they were very generous and I didn't even need to return the items! Great customer service! If I could issue 10 starts I would! This is the way all businesses should handle customers. Thanks guys!

I don't why I keep buying from this company, I getting upset each time a buy a jewelry item that I can't return or exchange, I recently bought a bracelet that I ordered by mistake because the names of the 3 ones. I was pretty sure that I ordered certain design but I got another one and probably I have to keep it due that shoplc doesn't accept returns on all clearance items. I thought that it was only some of the clearance items, so I erased their app from my TV that way I can stop buying from shoplc. Y prefer JTV where if I am not happy with an item they accept returns even if the item is on sale or clearance.
