You went to a new platform which keeps prompting me to go to my message to get a sick digit code. Just get in very frustrating. I don't buy as many things as I used to be cousin. I order item on 10th of July, finally received it on Aug 3rd after calling customer service 3 different times. First time told be I had ordered something completely different than what I had ordered, 2nd time said they would put a request into shipping and should have tracking information in a day or so, on 3rd call was told it had not been processed yet. Explained if I didn’t receive within 7 days I was going to dispute order. A couple of weeks later I finally received shipping information and received order 5 days later. Will never ever buy from Shop LC again
