Usually everything I get is awesome, but recently I bid on and won a yooper stone bracet, pencil stone and the picture and description said black light torch. I got the stone items, but no black light. This set was to be a gift, but yooper stone needs the light or you miss the glow in it. I mentioned this, and got no reply at all. That was disappointing. As I suggested, either change the description or provide what the customer expects from said description. Thank you

I purchased a platinum chain that was advertised as 8.4 grams. Once it arrived, it looked quite small so I weighed it. It was 4 grams. I went online to start a return and turns out the chain was a final sale, which I didn’t know. I called and spoke to customer service and they were very helpful. They reviewed the situation and sent me a return label with a guaranteed refund. Company gets 2 stars for false advertising but 5 stars for allowing me to return it and giving me a credit.
