I contacted SL because I needed to return incorrectly labelled items I purchased and could not use, that were on closeout. I was not originally given a return shipping label because the items were closeouts. Customer Service agreed that because the item was not true to size that it could be returned, and they walked me thru how to do it. I really appreciated their quality of service that day.

My first impression was not good since the girl who took my order was rude and not helpful at all. That said: I've been watching Shop LC for a long time, and finally took the plunge. My first purchase was a 3.75c pink morganite. It's so beautiful I cannot take my eyes off it. I was so happy, that a few days later I purchased 2 AAAA tanzanites. I'm wearing one now at work, and >again< cannot take my eyes off it!

Ordering and Billing system migration created over $18,000 in duplicate and erroneous charges for items that were ordered and completely paid for in 2025. 8 days of daily calls - initiated by me - with customer service resulted in little to no progress, with constant asks from the front line agents to be more patient (please give us 48 to 72 more hours....) - No ability to escalate the case or deal with any kind of real issue resolution team, just a frustrating / deflecting front line agent experience requiring huge amounts of time to explain the same issue over and over. Promised call backs and updates from ShopLC never happened, even when committed to same day. I recognize I likely was not the only one with these issues, but customer experience and case management were some of the worst I've ever experienced, and certainly NOT what a VIP shopper should experience
