I’ve tried to order a couple of these and it wouldn’t let me. Then other times I was looking at a page and it would disappear and said there was an error.

1. The clasp doesn't align & won't stay closed on the cheaply made wallet.
2. And the lipsticks were supposed to be set of 4 different colors at buy 1 get one. Received 1 set of mixed colors & 1 set of 2 colors.

My ordered size was smaller and when I called if I can exchange it to the next size bigger,customer service I can not exchange ir return. It's a final order. I have always thought that I have 30 days to make my final decision.
