I have been a loyal customer for years. During the Summer Vault Clearance event I bought several items, one being a pleather crossbody bag. It arrived and upon inspection I was disappointed in the construction and appearance. I planned to return it when I realized there was no return label/form. During the sale event it was never verbally mentioned ALL SALES WERE FINAL. Now I have a purse that is poor quality and not worth giving as a gift. So disappointed!!

I had hopes this would be good jewelry but it wasn't. I bought a cute ring but when I got it it was plastic and I bought a bracelet that turned my skin green. I wouldn't recommend them.
