I placed an order for the automatic soap dispenser buy one get one. The process was irritating as the app kept closing out and restarting. After finally getting an order, while it kept saying sold out, I was fine. When the ordwr came there was only one item in the package. I called about the get one free and the rep confirmed it was supposed to be two. He claims to have put in the order for the other and it will ship in 24-48hrs or a refund for half would be sent. It's been a week and I am still waiting! I GAVE THIS ONE STAR NIT 5!!!

When I opened my bracelet, the clasp would not close so I was very disappointed and repackaged to return it. The return process could be made easier if a return postage sticker had come in with the package. The package would also be easier if the pkg came with return instructions with multiple choice reasons of why item is being returned.
