This was my second order of 800, but a new design. The new pins are fantastic, good color, tight lines, clear, etc. I am more than pleased with all the help I received in selecting the design, making the order, and more. I would give ten stars if I could.
We ordered late so pins were rushed but they still made it on time and turned out great. Communication and customer service was excellent. Will use again.
This is my second time ordering pins to be made, each time myself and all who wear them have been more then satisfied. I'm working on placing a third order now, this is the only company I will use.
received as designed. Second year in a row using Signature Pins. No issues; would buy from again.
Loved how they turned out I hope we continue to work together
The pins I received were very well done. They looked incredible! The design process was also very customer-friendly, and the team was always accommodating. I 100% recommend this company.
I have used "Signature Pins" multiple times, and I have always been impressed with their quality and service. The pins have always been delivered on time, and the customer service team has been excellent in helping me with my orders. I particularly appreciate their attention to detail, as each pin has been made exactly to my specifications. The pins themselves are also of high quality and are always well-received by the recipients. Overall, I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to create custom pins, as they are reliable, efficient, and produce excellent results.
Tammy Reger was a pleasure to work with and she handled our order promptly. She suggested a different format from previous orders and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you very much. Ed McGuire.
this is the second time that I have used Signature Pins. I used a different company last year, and was just not pleased with the results - so I came back to SP this year. They did not disappoint! The proof appeared to be a little more gold, and the pin is a little more yellowish - but it works. They are going to love them! See you next year!!
I’ve ordered pins from Signature Pins three times and I’ve been very happy with the customer support and product every time. I highly recommend using Signature Pins! Of note: my most recent shipment was held up by US Customs, so make sure you account for that possibility when you order.
After many years of ordering alumni pins for our graduates, Signature Pins once again came through with an excellent product, quick turnaround time and professional service. Thank you.
I'm a graphic designer and member of my church I was on the committee to produce a plaque with donor names and a shield of the 1841 Society logo. Having worked with signature pins on a number of successful projects, including challenge coins and lapel pins, I approached them with the idea for a shield with a fully modeled version of our church symbol . . . an eagle. Our customer service rep, Keen, managed this the project efficiently from the beginning. He never delayed in answering questions and following through. The finished product is beyond my expectations. I was apprehensive before opening the package. That all evaporated after seeing the handsome piece of work! The talented artist who made the die should be congratulated on excellent and detailed work. Can't say enough good things about Signature pins and their manufacturer.
We have had several pins made thru Signature Pins and they have all been fantastic!
Great customer service and product! Will work with Signature Pins again!!
The team took the time to look up our company to get our vibe, reconstructed the pin after I said no to the original design, and NAILED what we wanted on the 2nd go. I needed a priority order in time for an event and the team got it to me with room to spare!
Had a quick idea for a school event and Signature Pins turned the idea into a neat and durable product. Excellent communications, lovely proof, and delivered over a week before expected!
Well made…exactly what I wanted. Job WELL DONE!
I reached out to 5 companies. The communication and correspondence with Signature Pins was GREAT! They were prompt and took the time to be personable, where other companies just sent auto-replies. The changes that were made were fast as well. All in all, the customer service was TOP NOTCH and the price was in line with, or better than, the competition. Will only do business with Signature Pins in the future!
The pins came out really neat. The detail is awesome! Can’t wait to share them!
The sales team is great, the product was top quality, everything delivered on time, staff was responsive to inquiries/quotes, and the whole group was very helpful on the artwork development/design phase of my project. Definitely will do business with Signature Pins again!
