Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The quality of the product is incredible. The customer service is also amazing. I have been working with Grace for all my orders, and she has made the process so smooth. She answers any questions I have, and makes any changes I request to the proofs, resulting in amazing products. The mix of the great products and Grace's customer, I have become a repeat customer!
Love working with GSJJ! They are fast, reliable and the quality is amazing. My salesperson Grace was such a help and is always at the ready to answer any questions and respond to changes. This is the place we order from again and again! Highly recommend.
The whole process from initial designing to receiving final product was very smooth and easy. Adella was awesome with the customer service.
We’re very happy with our pins! The quality turned out great, and the whole ordering process was smooth and easy. A special thank you to Sally, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made sure everything came together perfectly. Great service and a great final product!
Kalyn provided a very supportive and thorough experience from start to finish when placing our order! Great customer service!
We purchased custom pins for an event. This was by far the fastest and easiest process I have experienced in a long time. Their account representatives and customer service are very quick to respond and shipping was fast too! Highly recommend :)

Extremely happy with the product and service from CustomPins. The online ordering system was easy to follow, and I was very impressed by the number of options available to create a custom design. Jean was efficient and was quick to answer any questions. She also provided updates throughout the entire process and kindly followed up afterwards to ensure the order had been received and met with our expectations. Highly-recommend CustomPins!
Very good product, delivered ahead of schedule and great customer service by Teresa :)
Adella worked with me through the entire process of initial thoughts to final design. I was very happy with pricing and value. Her attention to my changes were great.
This was my first time designing and procuring any kind of enamel pins. I was nervous and concerned I made mistakes. Jean was so incredibly supportive and made the process absolute perfection! I am beyond happy with the pins that have arrived, and Jean made it feel like I truly had someone in my corner who understood the process and made it true 5 star service including follow up and updates throughout the process start to finish! 10/10 absolute recommend for anyone making custom pins for resale!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Custom Pins, and especially with Grace! We ordered custom lapel pins and car decals to celebrate the Town of Fortune’s 80th Anniversary and we couldn’t be happier with both the service and the finished products. From the very beginning, Grace was amazing to work with. We had several ideas for what we wanted & she was incredibly patient, helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. She truly helped bring every idea we had to life and made sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. Communication was excellent, the process was easy, & Grace always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The final products turned out beautifully and were a wonderful addition to our 80th Anniversary celebrations. We even had to make a second order- all of the residents LOVED the pins! Thank you so much, Grace, for your outstanding customer service and for making this such a positive experience. We would absolutely recommend Custom Pins and will certainly keep them in mind for future projects! Five stars all around!
I think this is the 3rd year of working with Sally, and it is an absolute pleasure as always. Sally has kept in fully in the loop, making sure proofs came(faster then expected), making sure dates are correct, making sure quality is spot on, and making sure orders are coming together when I was too excited and put them all through separately. As always, its been a pleasure to work with you and your team. Thank you so much.
"We first came to Teresa looking for a few custom patches and pins, and the experience from start to finish has been consistently excellent. Communication is clear, she takes the time to understand exactly what we're after, and the turnaround has always been reasonable given the level of custom work involved. What's kept us coming back isn't just one good order — it's that every piece since has matched or beaten the last. The attention to detail on the patches, pins, and cufflinks is genuinely a step above what's available locally here in Winnipeg. We've placed multiple orders now for different projects, and the consistency in quality has made her our go-to without a second thought. At this point it's less about individual pieces and more about the relationship — we trust the work, so we keep bringing her new ideas. Can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for custom work done right."
Ingrid who dealt with my order was very, very helpful and it was a smooth experience

Sally at Custom Pins was fantastic to deal with; she answered my emails quickly and did up several designs for me to pick through.
