Jessica was amazing and kept me up to speed on the entire process. I even got a video of my custom badge so I could 100% approve it before it went into full production. Definitely recommend.

Great service from Polaris
Polaris was there to help me through all the stpes until delivery. So he was there all the way. Polaris helped me out with all of my revisions to ensure that I had the perfect product. He reviewed the sample patch after I made some comments before launching into production which made the whole thing perfect when I received them. I also was glad to be offered a deal on vinyl stickers for the same design. When I received the products they were in great packaging.

I was a bit skeptical of using Patch.com (jj-gsj.com) But representative Jessica was amazing. She answered all my questions and was easy to plan my order. She gave me the best deal available on all my order. The products (embroidery patches) quality were better than expected. I will, and have used them again.
Company Retreat Pins
We decided to buy some company pins for our annual retreat to give to our employees, and the person we dealt with (Ingrid) was very helpful and responsive and was able to get our pins done and delivered at a perfect time! Definitely will use this company again in the future.

Large custom pin order
We had placed an inquiry with this company online for a large give away pin order. Grace was our point of contact and she was friendly and attentive for all of our needs and changes. We submitted multiple revisions and inquiries and always followed up quickly with photo revisions so we could see what the change would look like. Once paid for we were shown photos of a prototype before full production began. Even one small tweak was included in the final product. Shipping was quick and well packed. Will use them again and recommend; especially Grace.
Absolutely amazing!! Love Sally!!
