Excellent support from Tihomir P. at SiteGround. I had an SMTP issue blocking emails to qq.com addresses, which was affecting clients who use that as their primary email. Tihomir quickly diagnosed the server-side block, confirmed the details, and escalated it for a fast fix — done within 15-30 minutes. Professional, clear communication throughout, no unnecessary back-and-forth. Great example of SiteGround's human support team actually solving problems. Highly recommend.
