My agent attempted to deal with my CDN issue and we both thought it was fixed. He got 5 stars from me for that after I ended the chat. It turned out that there was still a CDN association in my account so I was unable to submit A records and CNAMEs. I contacted customer service again and got the same gentleman. He sent a ticket to engineering, to fix the issue and hopefully they will add my A records and CNAMEs. I am very happy because I did not have to wait for the chat to start and that I was able to pick up in the same place again.
