AI Support is TERRIBLE. Make getting to a human MUCH easier.
when I actually got to a human being for support, they were great. however, jumping through all of the loopholes of your AI support system is a terrible experience. It redirects you over and over again back to the AI system even when you ask it directly to give you a link to speak/chat with a person.
