Frustrating Communication Issues
I was really let down by how SiteGround handled my recent experience. I had to contact support multiple times about a billing issue, and each time I felt like I was getting different answers. The lack of clear communication left me frustrated. To top it off, the response times were slower than I expected, which just added to my dissatisfaction. While the service itself seems decent, the inability to get consistent answers has made me reconsider staying with them. Not a great experience overall.

Of course again I forgot to renew my services and Siteground graciously brought it back online and gave me time to pay for the hosting without any problems. I guess this is why I have been with them for close to 15 years always great service and hosting.

Saving the day after an oversight on our part to have let our hosting lapse longer then 30 days. Restored and happy to pay the extra to not be stuck rebuilding from scratch all over again.

For anything related to cancellations or billing, select Billing and account management → Cancellation and refunds. You’ll then be connected with a member of our support team. Regarding cancelling a subscription, we give every customer full control over their services. All active plans appear under the Services tab in your Client Area, where you can manage or cancel them at any time. We have already located your account and can confirm that a cancellation for the end of the current term has been successfully processed. This means the plan will simply expire on its scheduled date.
