Absolutely love this company their customer service is top notch have not had any issues.got two rear axles for my 2020 Can-Am Maverick Trail 1000 they were shipped right out the boot ripped within the first hour of a ride I sent them back in the next couple days they had me two brand new axles through warranty in 3 days I would absolutely recommend this company for anybody looking for great product and awesome customer service

Order, shipping, fitment is great. But axle boots dry rotted and cracked open at just over a yr. 95% road riding. Grease everywhere on 3 of the 4 axles. Seems to be common issue after research . Warranty up at 12mo so I guess run em till they give out.
We are sorry to hear that the item needed to be replaced. All of our axles come with a 1 year one time replacement. If new axles are purchased, we do offer an extended warranty that will be effective after the first year.
Sixity sent the incorrect parts. I have requested a return label and have gone through multiple days of hoops and pictures to prove the parts are incorrect. I was told today that in 1-2 business days a return label would be generated and I should look in my spam folder. Still waiting. I was also advised that when I did ship the product back I am responsible to track it. Once I (customer) can verify that they have received the return then I (customer) can ask for a refund. Every step is another distraction to hope you lose interest in the process so that they/ A. Don’t have to take a return B. Don’t have to issue a refund.

If you have another email address that you would like us to send it to please contact our service center to arrange. It is also part of our verbiage to advise that you track it back but it not required, as we keep track of our returns and issue refunds when we see that it has been processed.
