They sent me a text 2 days before my flight saying there is a change in my flight and to confirm, I need to text back "agree," and I will be charged $55 for each ticket confirmed. Checked the flight website, and guess what? No change, no issue just pure fraud. DO NOT USE SMARTFARE!!!

Canceled flight but not notified
I booked the same international flight as my friend just through a different site. When his flight was canceled/changed his airline automatically booked another flight. I didn’t receive an email or notification of my flight changing or canceled so I assumed it was okay, the day before the said flight was schedule to leave I called smart fares and they informed me the flight was canceled and I should be getting an email-still never got that email. Such a terrible company and definitely worth the extra money to book straight from the airline.

Booked me a “Lite” fare and it doesn’t state that on the receipt
The booking and receiving of the ticket was fine. HOWEVER, i booked an economy ticket and apparently they booked me a “lite” ticket and I didn’t find that out until I received my boarding pass. I tried reaching out to customer service but no avail.
