Everything went great..new enclosed trailer
Everything went great... had a screw in tire. They took it over and put a new tire and rim on.. had trouble with a break light checked fuse in truck .. fixed ... also sold some extra lights and extra tires no problem.. the lady in office was great to deal with and the lady that came out side to go over trailer was great also... over all in and out and they where very busy ... tks again this is my 2nd enclose trailer from them....

I just joined the Rock Solid family.
All I know is after putting a lot of time into researching makes, models, styles, features, dealers and manufacturers of trailers, I decided Rock Solid Cargo would build it. And they far exceeded my expectations. They custom built this beauty exactly to my specs with free upgrades I didn’t know I needed and treated me like family on pick-up day; which was an amazing feat in that the yard was filled with folks getting the same experience. These guys live up to their reputation as the best with a smile. My trailer is beautiful. But the thing is, I know it’s well built. #1 Trailer
I called Southern Trailer Depot a few times and talked to Ennis Hester a few times . Always friendly and full of knowledge. So when I did order I told him I was traveling from NY and would be going thru Douglass in 10 days could they have a special made trailer ready for me . Well they did . I got to the place to pick up my trailer . Everyone is just as friendly as Ennis . This is a professional operation . They make and sell trailers at this place . I seen at least 6 more trailers go out the gate while I was there picking up not to count all the ones I passed on the road getting there . The trailer is top quality also . It is everything I expected and more .Also I got up the road 5 hours and realized I didn't get my spare tire I ordered . I called and left a message . I called back in the morning when they opened and they informed me they had already shipped one to my house in NY . This place is the real deal with top notch people . Love the trailer
Love the trailer, I only gave four stars because I was assured it was complete as I drove up from Key Largo to pick it up. When I got there, I had to wait 4 hours for them to finish building it. Still I think it was a good buy and it has been converted to a shop already.

Not impressed. great people, poor quality control. they dont have an electrician on staff, just some girl who can only say 110volt. bought a concession trailer, and they wired it with residential grade wire, and seemed clueless when I brought it up. In the USA, the National Electrical Code is your basis. no where in it do you use residential 15amp wire, in a commercial anything. several things were not done when i arrived to pick it up, and I had to wait about three hours for them to correct electrical problems. it was supposed to have a one piece roof, but it is in multiple sections. one observation. while I was waiting, I noticed that every trailer that was being picked up, had problems. these people are either too busy, or they hire workers that speak very little english, as there are nothing but mexican workers in their shop. if I had not given them their money, I would never have taken the trailer off the lot. and that is only the beginning of the issues I found. once I got the trailer in my driveway, I realized just how poor the workmanship was. I found stupid problems, or work that was done very substandard.
My recommendation: find a company and manufacturer other than Rock Solid Cargo, that will take your idea, and give you blueprints to verify. these guys work off drawings on a blank piece of paper. find another manufacturer.

Judging this 'book' by its cover
Judging this 'book' by its cover, the trailer looked great. Now that I've taken the plywood walls off to insulate the real problems are exposed. There are wires put through the siding without grommets, both 110 & 12v wires are rubbing against self tapping screws and the gaps between the frame and the siding base are begging for water to rot out the plywood flooring.
