Solves an AliExpress issue.
Pay after delivery is useful, especially with AliExpress that can take months to give a refund for a package never delivered (if giving a refund at all). Normally I wouldn’t use such a service, personally, but with a recent undelivered package decided it would help protect from the same issue.
