The representative over the phone missped my wife's last name. We had issues during check-in at he laboratory. Rates need to be reasonable. I spent over $400 for my wife and I te get tested. We didn't consult a doctor in person nor over the phone.

Good luck getting a doctor to speak to you

Needed to speak with a doctor about my results. Was told by the representative on the phone that Friday at 7am, that a doctor would call me Monday night the following week. Good luck getting a doctor to talk to you, add to that a rude representative....... Save the hassle and just go to your private doctor and get your labs done at his/her office, at least they will sit face to face and go over your results with you.

Quick and easy testing to know your status

I had a easy and fast experience with this service. I ordered my test right after midnight the day prior going to the lab. The ability to have insurance cover some of the cost is GREAT! My experience at the lab was fast and uneventful and the prompt receipt of my test results was awesome as well. I have nothing but good news to spread about this business.

I have a huge, significant bruise that covers half of my arm from the blood that was drawn. It is so bad that I feel as though I deserve my money back for extremely poor service.
