Stress Free Concert Experience!
The overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. Everything felt well organized, from parking and getting through the entrance to finding our seats. Staff kept things moving, and even with a large crowd, it never felt chaotic.
The parking pass was especially worth it, making arrival and departure quick and stress-free.
Add in an incredible performance, and it made for a memorable night. I'd use absolutely use StubHub again to attend another event here without hesitation.

This was my first time buying concert tickets and or a parking pass on this site. I found it some what easy to get my tickets. The address that was given for the parking though was not the same as where I ended up parking my car. I was a bit stressed out but I eventually found the area where i needed to park. Thank you.
I have yet to have a positive experience with Stubhub. I purchased tickets to an event that I unfortunately can no longer attend. Stubhub gives you the options to the sell those tickets on the site itself. I have made the listing, provided all the information and even pre-uploaded the tickets. The listing then says 'pending' and then when I go to check it the next day it is completed deleted. This has happened to me now 5 times. Each time I have messaged customer service through StubHub to inquire what the requirements were to get a listing to go from 'pending' to 'active' and they said I need to call as they do not know. I call and they also do not know the requirements and essentially tell me to try again and good luck. The icing on the cake was after the 5th time listing these tickets, I received an email from StubHub that stated the listing was now active and available for purchase, but when I went to check the physical listing online it still said pending. A customer service rep named Rey said that it could take 1-2 hours for the listing to change to active. Well 24 hours late and the listing was not active and in fact DELETED. My most recent conversation was with Stephanie who was a supervisor and lacked any sort of customer service skills. No apology for the inconvenience, no solution to rectify the issue. They can't refund me the tickets because they cannot prove that I purchased the tickets on StubHub. Then, they cannot bring back the prior listing that they denied. Her reasoning is because I didn't state that the tickets were purchased on StubHub. The irony is that there actually isn't anywhere to put that information, but I am also selling where I purchased them so why would that be necessary. Her advice was to remake the listing, she would "escalate" it but could not overall guarantee that the listing would be made active. This entire few days has put the worst taste in my mouth and I rather have given my money elsewhere. Absolute trash of a service.

Horrible experience and will never use them again. I purchased tickets in February for a concert on July 30th. I waited and waited for tickets called every day for the week before the event just to be told every time that the tickets will be delivered on time before the event. I was promised that I would be issued replacement tickets if the seller failed to deliver. Well the day of the concert I called multiple times and was told they are still on the way. I called every hour from 3pm to 7pm and kept saying they were coming. Mind you the doors opened at 5pm. I was told I would get replacement tickets by 6pm. 6pm comes and then it was nope you have to wait to 7pm when the show starts!!! Then 7pm comes and no tickets and the show was sold out so there were no replacements available. I traveled 3 hours to the venue and paid $500 for a hotel and now out that time and money! Failed promises after promise. The supervisor also said he would call me back and never did. Yes I got my ticket money back but what about the hotel I paid for, time off of work scheduled, travel time, gas money. I don't get that back.

I would give stubhub actually 0 stars overall for every aspect of the company. I bought tickets 3 weeks ago to see benson Boone and they didn’t work at the venue. I went to the box office and there was nothing they could do to get our tickets, they said it had to be through Ticketmaster so we were never able to use the tickets. When I called for a refund, I kept getting my case has been escalated but NOTHING has been done. I STILL don’t have a refund and no answers at all. I’ve called every other day for 3 weeks and still NOTHING! Do not buy tickets from Stubhub. Someone next to us also had the same experience.
Purchasing my tickets was quick and easy, and I was so glad it wasn't a scam! Thanks for making my experience a great one!

Parking
The price I paid for parking was extremely, Va what the parking actually cost. I would not recommend the parking via StubHub.
I get it with the inflated cost for tickets due to the artist, but parking was a joke. When purchased, it read VIP, and when we arrived it was general admission parking even after having a conversation with the parking manager.

Please take care when considering using StubHub US. Their software is poor and customer service even poorer. I purchased tickets in the afternoon of 15 July for a seven o'clock show. I paid over £400 and when the tickets were sent through, immediately, it was for a show that had already started over an hour earlier. Despite a FanProtect promise that tickets will arrive in time for the event, StubHub US are not in the slightest bit interested in me or the tickets being mis-sold. Beware using StubHub or, better still, just steer well clear!

Everything worked out fine. I'm not a fan of getting the actual tickets the day before and I'm always concerned about some concert places not accepting 3rd party tickets. I had this experience with another company, not StufHub
I bout 5 tickets so my daughter could go with her sisters and cousins. This was her first concert and she got to see her favorite singer and had a great time!

Simple and honest ticket sales
The ticket buying process is simple and I like that they include the fees upfront so that I know the total cost of a ticket. Actually getting the tickets once they are delivered by the seller, in this case Ticket master is also relatively easy.
For this event I also purchased parking through StubHub even though it was a little more than buying directly through Ticketmaster because I thought if I had to resell it would be easier and I really hate Ticketmaster. StubHub service contacted me when the parking lot seller had to resend the parking pass so that I would be sure to see and use the correct one.

also that I could just drive in and park, then drive back out with no hassle. big relief!
Purchasing the tickets was quick, easy, and very user-friendly, making the overall buying experience seamless. However, I felt somewhat uncomfortable having to wait until just before the concert to receive the tickets via email. I was concerned about the possibility of the tickets not arriving in time.
I would prefer receiving an immediate confirmation along with the option to pick up the tickets at the box office. That process would provide greater peace of mind and make the experience feel more secure.
Purchased tickets that ended up twice the listed price. Can't go to concert as my wife has been x diagnosed with cancer. No full refund, only option is to sell the tickets at half the price paid. The resale page is user unfriendly. I'm giving up on trying to resell the tickets as the site is so frustrating. NEVER will deal with this heartless, greedy company and will recommend not to attend ANY event where tickets are sold through these thieves!

We had not used stubhub before, and while verified legitimate, had heard poor customer service ratings. We decided to try in order to get early tickets. The tickets arrived via email fairly quickly. When I couldn't figure out how to open and save, I used chat customer support, who ably walked me through it, so I could locate, save and retrieve them on show day, which went smoothly on arrival. Facility handled capacity crowd very well. No more than 15 minutes each to park or depart. Lawn area needed several aisles striped top to bottom to reduce the large number of annoying wanderers. Great concert and crowd in general.
