Stranded at the lot
This is only in regards to the parking pass. The event was a promotional give away and in order to obtain one you had to arrive early. We arrived at around 5:00 pm and the ticket for the lot still hadn’t arrived so I paid out of pocket. After SEVERAL attempts to get a refund I was awarded one but again SEVERAL attempts later I’m disputing that I didn’t request it to go in my wallet. I wanted to place it back on original form of payment. I was told I opted the wallet. I’m awaiting a review and proof as I didn’t do this. Living out of state I will not be attending any events to utilize my credit. Should this be resolved I may raise my rating but as of now still disappointed. My tickets however were fantastic. I received them instantly and no issues at the gates

Smooth process
Process to both purchase and use tickets was easy. We were kept well informed by email from the time we purchased our ticket to showtime. Contact information was clearly indicated in the event we needed assistance or experienced a problem.

You forced me to place your app on my personal cell phone OR I could not see the show OR receive a refund. The show was great, but getting the tickets was an entirely other experience - terrible, awful and I considered filing a complaint with the BBB. I know whomever reads this will say, "oh that's false, we have other ways to see our shows without placing an app on their phone" THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS CASE AT ALL - "after" purchasing the tickets, I spent a full 3+ hours attempting to get my tickets w/o putting the app on my phone, your staff was unable to make that happen and told me my "only" choice was to put the app on my phone. No refunds, PERIOD!

Unclear Location
It wasn't clear that the ticket was on the far RIGHT portion of the orchestra. I was under the impression it was in the center. I did not know the exact location until a few days before the performance.

Great experience from start to finish.
I was guided immediately to handicap parking lot. Security/check in went quickly. There were a lot of concessions options. Restrooms were well stocked and the compost paper towels!
