Initially my issued tickets were misrepresented and we had a obstruction to our view. Upon contacting agent we were able to upgrade... and our seats were amazing! Thank you and Im a StubHub costumer for life.

Big fan

As a child, I grew up to listening to Lil Wayne. I thank the venue in the city of concert for the great experience at seeing the little Wayne show, featuring 2 chains, both artists did amazing. The service was great. The merch was cool and the lines were decently short. I had a blast and the servers were great at the box seats

Great World Cup Game - Lousy Process

A phenomenal game but everything leading up to it was traumatic, stressful and just unpleasant. Didn’t get seats in the area indicated at the time of purchase. Didn’t get tickets until the day before the game. Process of buying and receiving tickets was waaaay too complicated and difficult to understand. Massive fees attached to the purchase. Tickets really expensive. Feels like StubHub doesn’t cares about the game or the fans just as long as you make money.

Quick and efficient. Lollapalooza wristband was legit. A bit expensive but not as expensive as the prices I was seeing elsewhere.

Parking Pass

The concert was excellent, but the parking pass sold through the website was extremely disappointing. The designated parking lot was approximately 1.5 miles from the venue and the surrounding area appeared unsafe due to a large homeless population. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there and ended up paying for an alternative parking.

Schrödinger's Tickets: The FanProtect Fairytale

StubHub's FanProtect Guarantee appears to consist primarily of positive thoughts and crossed fingers. They emailed me that my tickets were ready. Plot twist: they weren't. I've spent a week trying to access them on: MacBook ✅ iPhone ✅ iPad ✅ Chrome ✅ Safari ✅ App ✅ Website ✅ Result: Loading screen... loading screen... loading screen... Customer service keeps assuring me, "We can see the tickets on our end." Fantastic. Please tell my tickets I said hello. Meanwhile, I can't access them, transfer them, resell them, or use them. I've been promised multiple supervisor callbacks. One never happened. The next one was... another promise. At this point my tickets are basically Schrödinger's Tickets—they simultaneously exist and don't exist.

Close to the ballfield. Directions to the parking lot was easy to follow.

Fabulous stadium , great staff.

I want to shout out your medical staff - we had come from NZ to watch the Warriors and I got the start of a migraine an hour before the game. The medical/first aid people checked me over and gave me medication which allowed me to enjoy the game!. Thanks so much. The stadium is great and the crowd so much fun.

I actually like stubhub

I actually like stubhub, at 1st I didnt trust them with how they do stuff cause people can scam people on websites like this. I dont like when they say the tickets will be sent the day of show, that gives me anxiety and I bet it gives anxiety to alot of people. But, I got my tickets a week before the concert and they were real and my daughter enjoyed her birthday seeing BTS.

Lost the ticket war but all was not lost

First of all I lost the ticket war! But i got my tickets through the stubhub platform using the instant download feature which gave me peace of mind. I had a great time at my event and would definitely recommend!!

Why is AXS needed, and why isn't this handled directly in Stubhub?

The need to create and use a different app (AXS) to actually obtain and view tickets was unexpected, surprising, confusing, and disorienting. It took us a bit by surprise, and initial emails were viewed by us with suspicion. The AXS app also didn't like our Starlink internet and our VPN, which added a frustrating effort to the list of negatives.
