Tickets were easy to get, and the show was amazing!
When purchasing the tickets I never saw the parking pass was something I needed to unclick to not purchase. When paying the total displayed was only the price for the tickets. I DID NOT want the parking pass and I did not use it. When I called to return it they refused to help at all. Very expensive and rude thing to do to someone.
The tickets were great and the price was what I expected. But despite paying for them 2 months in advance, I did not get them until less than 24 hours before the show. That was quite nerve-racking. And I have friends that did the same and never got theirs. This crap needs to stop. Or at least make it so the sellers can never back out or allow the buyers to pursue them through the legal process. The problem is sometimes ticket values go up dramatically after the ticket sale. So the seller sells them to someone else at the higher price and never provides them to the original buyer. That is effectively theft by the seller. Buyers should have the ability to legally pursue such sellers. We should be able to get their names and addresses from Stubhub and sue them for all our damages and turn them over to legal authorities for committing fraud and theft. Buyers often rely on the ticket purchase and book nonrefundable flights and rentals for these shows. We should be able to sue the sellers for ALL lost costs and the value of the ticket when they committed the fraud or theft.
The purchase experiance was good and it was a good concert but I did not realize that there were no chairs in the area I bought the tickets for. That was not a good surprise and they should have made that clear.
I’ve been a loyal StubHub user since day one, both buying tickets and listing my season tickets for sale. Over all these years, I’ve never run into a major issue—and whenever a minor hiccup does come up, their support team resolves it quickly. Excellent customer service, clear communication, and total reliability every time.
When the seller wasn't able to transfer the original tickets, StubHub gave us BETTER tickets as a replacement. Had an amazing night.

Absolute Nightmare – Lying Customer Service & Broken Guarantees This was without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to buy event tickets. Three weeks before the Indiana Fever vs. Minnesota Lynx game in Minneapolis, I purchased floor seats so my 11-year-old daughter could have an unforgettable experience sitting courtside. With one week left before the game, the tickets still hadn't been transferred, so I began calling and chatting with StubHub daily. Every single day, I was met with cold, robotic, scripted customer service with zero empathy. I kept hearing the exact same line: "We cannot do anything until 3 hours before the event." StubHub explicitly advertises a guarantee that if a seller fails to deliver, they will provide replacement tickets of equal or better value at the seller's expense. This is a complete lie. Because we live 5 hours away from Minneapolis, we had to make the drive not even knowing if we would get into the arena. Sure enough, 3 hours before tip-off, still no tickets. When I called to get the replacement floor seats promised under their guarantee, StubHub's "solution" was to offer us nosebleed seats in the upper deck for the exact same price as our floor seats. They refused to honor their guarantee, lied about taking care of us, and completely ruined a special trip for my 11-year-old daughter, who was crushed. The hours of stress, wasted phone calls, and blatant misrepresentation are unacceptable. I will never buy from StubHub again. Do yourself a favor, read the endless negative reviews from other scammed buyers, and purchase your tickets anywhere else.
